I wasn’t impressed at first with the item I received as they sent me the science kit without the originally box therefore some items were damaged and the item was unable to be gifted as I hoped to. I reached out and sent photos of the delivery I received and the staff were very apologetic and quick at responding to my concerns. They also sent out a free gift with the new science kit I had originally ordered as a goodwill gesture, this was sent special delivery therefore came very quickly too.

Amazing customer service and fast delivery. Unfortunately the first order we did did not come as expected and was damaged as a result of packaging. However once contacting customer service they resolved this very quickly.

I have used your website before to order Disney 100 stickers and it was great! This time I ordered 5 packs of the Harry Potter stickers and instead received Disney ones. I emailed twice, no response and contacted you via your website and still NO RESPONSE. Its been a week now. Does anyone answer emails??

Edit: I have been constantly checking my spam/junk and there hasnt been a single email from yourselves come through as of yet. I have also checked my emails on different devices and still nothing. My storage space isn't full either.

Avoid. A scam website. Sent me an entirely different product, ordered a doll, received a train of much less value, wouldn’t send the doll until I return the train, that I didn’t even order (which I have no problem returning, I didn’t want the train)

Product was delivered earlier than expected. Any online queries were answered very promptly. A small part was missing. We rang the number given and talked to a few helpful folk and the part was posted out ASAP.

Had a faulty item ( manufacturer issue) and they changed it straight away . Great communication ( you can speak to actual human beings ) and just really good customer service which is refreshing these days I also messaged them regarding delivery before I placed an order and got an instant reply… which again shows the great service. First time I have used them , and 100% be using them again.

Bought 2 paddle boards from them.customer service has been absolutely amazing! One paddle board unfortunately had a wee hole in it, got sent a replacement straight away no issues! Highly recommend this company, it’s so refreshing dealing with people that actually have their customers best interests at heart and are truly helpful.

I purchased 2 x Barbie 'make your own dreamhouse' by bladez toys, they were on sale so as a collector I purchased one to build up and customise and one to keep in the box.

I received regular emails which kept me updated every step of the way and I received the houses quickly in sturdy packaging.
