Natalie Jensen, a client services associate was one of the most condescending customer service reps I've ever experienced with STRATA TRUST. NO help, not caring, bad attitude and unprofessional.
If this is the holding company that holds your money- I'd go elsewhere.
I'm moving my $$ out of STRATA TRUST if possible-

Strata Trust cares for their clients.
My 401K has been with Strata Trust for about 7 years now, and every telephone contact with customer service agents, so far, has been pleasant. The most recent call was to request assistance in making sure the paperwork for the yearly RMD was filled out accurately and the request was submitted before the deadline. This was also a pleasant call. The professional customer support lady who answered my call proved to be knowledgeable, approachable, relatable, and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Furthermore, she did it all with a friendly and helpful attitude and tone of voice. In fact, she went above and beyond helpful to put me at ease, her skills got the job done right in good time, and all in all, she came across as a very nice young lady and a valuable asset to Strata Trust.
