I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company and one specific talent. I ordered once, it was never completed had to demand a refund nearly five months later after no progress was made. Ordered again a year later (for the same talent), paid extra for priority signing only for the stream to be cancelled not once, not twice but THREE times (likely shaping up to be four at this rate as we still have no proper date yet). My print is still not signed and the status sits in limbo until this talent and streamily finally figure something out.
I ordered this print in Dec 2025. At the point of this review it is now April 2026. No print signed. No livestream. Little to no updates given.
I had to contact customer support directly for any info/updates and as much as they were friendly and willing to give me what info they could (honestly the two stars is ONLY because their customer service is friendly and does their best.) it doesn’t really help when I’m out $130 dollars for something that feels like it’ll never be fulfilled and can’t get a refund for (due to them now refusing refunds.)
A lot of the fault falls onto the talent who is offering the signings and not Streamily, however their denial for refunds feels scammy (especially in situations such at this) and frankly if the talent is unable to uphold their end (I’m talking multiple times, of course things happen. People get sick, need to reschedule etc…but more than twice is wild.) then some level of compensation should be offered, but it’s not. Five months waiting for a print to be signed with NO progress, little updates and zero compensation given, is just abysmal.

A little pricey overall, but worth every cent. With the fall of so many social media websites it was so great to be able to chat and interact with Jen Brown again. Highly recommend always.

If i could give 0 stars i would cause it's very bad,I can't even track my order even if I place the order number it said "No package found" it was supposed to be signed the 20 of March and I ordered it the February 27. They don't even refund the whole thing they only refund 80$ that is not cool. Would not recommend at all,night be scams too

Great opportunity my only thing was that the talent was getting upset at this person named Islam because he took up too much of the time signing because he had too many long quotes and doodles requested.

It was really great! :D I got it signed by the person I bought from, but I wish I could've gotten more emails for the shipping, so that is why it is a 4/5 for me. if you personally hate getting emails then you should totally buy!
