I ordered three sets of magnets, when I received one set, I thought they looked good and waited another week for the other two. I messaged the company multiple times with no answer, it has been over a month and I have not received any email or my other sets. Very disappointed. If anything, I would have appreciated an email apologizing for the inconvenience, but I have not heard anything.

I placed an order for fridge magnets from Streetpit on 24th July, and as of today, I still haven’t received my order. There has been no proper update on the delivery status, which is extremely disappointing. I expected better service and reliability. Very unsatisfied with this experience.

The photos that were printed had people missing, heads chopped off; they were meant to be gifts to people who attended my 20-year wedding renewal.
I have sent several emails explaining this problem, but no one has replied.
I am very disappointed in the items I received

Useless. On check-out I tried to apply the discount code, it showed as valid, but when the payment actually went out I was charged the full amount. After completing the transaction, I relaised I had put in the wrong delivery address. I contacted Streepit, they said they would respond within 3 days. Never heard a word. I tried again. No reply. Package was sent out to the wrong address and I am still trying to track it down. Customer service is AWFUL!

Although I was happy with 8 of my 9 magnets I contacted the company on receipt of them with my concerns regarding the 9th magnet. However I have still not heard back from the company, despite emailing them several times!!!!
