My son is studying in Cardiff and not wishing to give him money to buy clothes I have used Street Casuals. He goes in chooses what he wants and then i phone up and pay for the goods. Always friendly and helpful and very quick on delivery for latest purchase of a coat for xmas. They measured the coat for me and phoned me back!

I ordered an item from the website, arrived next day, free delivery! Size wasn't right for me so I returned same day and was refunded with 24 hours, with no hassle. Ordered another item and again arrived next day, no sizing issues this time!

My only negative was the strange payment system through Paypal. I thought I placed my order after entering all my card details and even going through my bank's authorisation process but it seems it didn't register - it was almost like a pre-payment check from Paypal. So, after very efficient communication with streetcasuals we identified the order hadn't gone through so I was able to re-order again and all was great from then on in. Will definitely shop here again in the future.

Despite the extra expense of shipping cost, which is understandable, we made a massive saving. Easy online ordering from a nice clothes shop in the UK. The service is very personal, the owner was very fast in answering questions i had. Shipping was fast, the parka i ordered is great!

I ordered a jacket which arrived next day without any extra charge for the delivery! However, as the jacket was too big (wrong cut for me figure) I had to return it what was done without any problem and refund was made within couple of days. Excellent quick service and very nice people to deal with!
