Attended 'dealing with difficult concersation' course through my work place.
Training was excellently held by Martyn Bowie. He was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to.
The course was enlightening on how to deal with difficult situations. Giving understanding of how situations escalate, and how to help resolve those situations.
