Just completed a de-escalation course at my hospital trust with Roy Duthie, really enjoyed the course! Roy was super informative and professional but also very engaging and I enjoyed myself. Definitely taken away some things that will be useful at work and also outside of work, thank you so much!

Hospital training

Roy was fantastic at giving us information regarding de-escalation of conflict. He was friendly and entertaining whilst also giving us the important facts and physical breakaway training for certain circumstances that could arise. Would highly recommend

Roy Duthie delivered the training very well. It was informative and very useful in everyday life. There was a good interaction between him and us, the trainess so they actually know what to do, giving us a little practice.
