Ordered an item a month ago and still haven’t received anything. Tried contacting them twice but no reply. Awful company would not recommend!

Order my package weeks ago even though they said it would take “4-6 business days” and I even email them a week ago and never got anything back.

I ordered the same size for two top’s but they came as completely different fittings. The jeans had no hole for the button to do them up. And they didn’t reply to my email (even after 3 weeks) to return them, so I couldn’t get my money back.

absolute mockery of a company, everything took weeks to arrive, and when it did turn up all the sizing was wrong! i've had no word on refund or anything like that. the quality of the clothes is garbage as well. may as well be burning money. AVOID

i ordered a grey jumper and it fits perfectly will be ordering more items.

Die angeforderte Rücksendung wurde nicht bearbeitet. Somit habe ich viel zu kleine Klamotten und das Geld ist futsch. Es wird weder auf Emails, noch auf Anrufe, noch im Chat geantwortet.

Mauvaise expérience j'aurais dû mieux lire les avis. La polaire choisie par mon fils en XL correspond davantage à du L. Je voulais faire un retour mais aucune réponse sur les différentes adresses mails trouvées, aucun service client retour impossible. (Livraison 5 ou 6 semaines) C'est cher pour la qualité proposée.

Billiges dropshipping aus China. Größen stimmen nicht mit den bestellen überein. Auch der Schnitt ist ganz anders als angegeben. Dazu steht eine andere Marke in den Klamotten (wie gesagt billiges dropshipping).
Dazu kommt das ein Artikel im Wert von 60€ seit 6 Monaten nicht zugestellt wurde. Support antwortet nicht, daher habe ich rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet.

Do not shop here. They don’t reply or offer any assistance. Clothes either don’t arrive or take weeks. Just avoid.

Crap quality clothes took weeks to arrive and now they don’t fit as sizes way off and I can’t get anyone to answer me in regards to a refund! It is a scam company do not use!!

Order took ages to arrive. The company has not responded to any of my emails or messages over the past 3 weeks.

I was very hesitant to use this website anyway but my son loved some of the items on there :( I purchased a t-shirt and I pair of Jeans.. I was shocked when they actually arrived but sadly this is when my fears of it being a 'scam site' came true. We ordered a pair of black stone wash wide leg jeans, the website describes them to have a high-quality denim but basically we received a pair of awful (not wide leg) jeans (if you can call them jeans) that look like you could pick them up for a few pounds at the market... I've been trying to contact them for 9 days now to return, and surprise surprise no reponce from them!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Spent over £50 for 2 small items but only received one , also took almost 2months to receive instead of 2wks. Items were for presents so very very disappointed. Have sent email but don't expect much back of anything. DO NOT recommend.

Poor, wrong size of clothes, was definitely not delivered in 6 days. More like 2-3 weeks. No communication in return.

0 communication with shipping, promised 14 day shipping but came after 25 days. Once it had arrived I had bought two large (normally a medium) clothes and they are almost skin-tight on myself. Overall quality is extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend.
