The website is well laid out, gives great detail about what you're looking for and just a few mouse clicks to navigate to the relavant areas. I used it to book a Voucher for Russia, which is a pre-requirement to apply for a Russian Visa.
Also had a couple of extra clarifying questions which where responded to quickly and accurately.

Russian Tourist Visa
I applied for my Russian tourist visa through them, and the whole process was very straightforward. I visited their London office to submit my passport and application, where they also handled my biometrics, so I didn’t need to go to the Russian consulate at all, which was really convenient.
My passport was returned with the Russian visa within 20 days. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone applying for a Russian tourist visa — they’re a great team. Cheers!

I have used Stress Free Visas twice now and both times my visa application was accepted without problems. They even updated my application on a bank holiday weekend to add my middle name as the visa office requested.
