Working with Stride and Glory for quite some time now. Never regreted even one minute of it! Carl and Phil are amazing coaches! They really take good care of you with catch up calls, messages, working your program around your time schedule. I see a lot of progress in myself thanks to them! Loving the app, the workouts and the community.

Found out about this page from seeing Stride & Glory Instagram, really enjoy their content so booked in a call with Carl. Really nice guy, explained the full service they offer and so far it’s been amazing. Around the clock support and regular calls to see how I’m progressing towards my first marathon. Get involved!!

Coaching is excellent. Lots of communication and information/ guidance.

Only recently signed up for the 3 month plan. And have nothing but good experiences so far with both plan and the app. The training is challenging and I’m sure it will let me reach my goal of Melbourne marathon.

Signing up to be coached by Stride & Glory has been game-changing for me. I am physically and mentally stronger, and the results speak for themselves - PBs in 5km, 10km, and Half Marathon (by 11 minutes!!) in just 4 months. Excited to see what I’m capable of at marathon distance under the watchful eye of Carl and Phil. Above all - I’m having great fun!

Carl and Phil have been setting my training program over the last 6 months in order for me to complete my first 70.3 Ironman triathlon. They have both been incredibly supportive throughout, molding my program to fit around work and socials Highly recommend, especially to those trying to juggle training alongside a high pressure job!

I’ll try and keep this short and sweet.
Asking Carl to help me with my running journey was the most rewarding step I’ve made so far.
I went to Carl needing help understanding the science behind getting quicker at running, and being able to complete a marathon in under 3 hours.
In the 9 months we worked together, we achieved a 37 minute 10k (previous PB was 41:30) and a 1:22 half marathon (previous PB 1:33). Unfortunately due to injury I couldn’t complete the journey of a sub 3 hour marathon, but when I do it’ll be thanks to the foundations Carl helped me build.

Stride & Glory zip neck top. I bought this literally just before Christmas, was expecting postal delays with xmas & the strikes, i received an email from the owner regardless to say there may be delays. Once top arrived i emailed to say the order had arroved and he replied with thanks. Not only does the top perform well (i hike not run but has been a great buy, warm enough but not too warm, moisture wicking & generally comfortable) but grest form regarding customer service from the owner too.

Completing the 300+1 challenge. Great set up in the app so that everyone is together and spurring each other on. For me it was important that it wasn’t just an over competitive challenge I had joined. There are weekly mental health check ins and motivation check ins. Everyone is striving to beat their best and not someone else’s.

300+1 challenge is brilliant! Great group of people, extremely supportive and helping push each other to do more. It’s great that the coaches are involved too. If you’re lacking a little bit of accountability or motivation and love some healthy competition then this is the challenge for you 🙂

As an experienced novice runner that had been incurring injuries, I was looking for something that could improve my training and reduce injuries, but was concerned about joining a program due to working away from home regularly and busy life with a young family at home.

Stride and Glory has been exactly what I was looking for. My training program is designed around my capabilities and situation, and is extremely interactive and interchangeable. I don’t have to “miss” a session if something crops up, I can just move my sessions around to suit. Definitely feeling the benefits from the training itself, and my running times are improving. Also has a very friendly online community that really supports each other and gives me the amount of accountability I like. I’m definitely in it for the long haul, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their running.

So far I’ve enjoyed my experience with the Stride & Glory program. I like that it includes different aspects of training and not just running.

Great training plan for fitness and running. Friendly Coaches on hand with motivation and advice. Lots of video workouts to follow along with. Community strong on the 300+1 challenge.

Really loving my new programme with Carl! I am learning so much about my running performance and the app makes tracking my progress super easy.

I received a quality product that the brands owner personally sent out, with a follow up email. That level of customer care is very rare.
