Bought the green colour cup.

Learnt from experience that you have to turn the lid whereby the black part match the cup with the logo, to ensure it's closed properly, else it will leak.

It does not keep hot drinks hot for a long time, at most 3-4 hours after I have tried putting in hot drinks and cold drinks on different occasions.

The white cup which I have got it before seem to be able to retain hot temperature longer but then the lid is only spillproof and the cup white paint came off and the inside of the cup too. That's why I purchase this green cup.

Overall, still a good purchase

On two occasions, I've stupidly set my Sttoke (12 oz) on top of the car, while loading groceries etc. I then drove off an it clattered to the ground. It's a bit dinged up, but still works, although the lid did crack.

I really like the ceramic inner liner and the design.

I love the Sttoke products and are happy with the new coffee cup lids that I ordered. My only feedback is that there is a very long delivery time and very little communication from the courier company as to when the items will be or have been delivered. Sttoke advertises itself as being a Melbourne based company, but the products are coming from China, which is obviously why the delivery times are so long. This information would be useful to know when ordering so that consumers understand the long delays.

Sttoke tumbler actually lives up to the brand’s promises. The coffee made in this tumbler actually retains the flavour of the coffee despite leaving it for few hours. Surprisingly the temperature also retains very well. I tested how well it was by leaving a scope of ice cream inside the tumbler without covering the lid and it barely melted. Would really recommend this not just as a coffee tumbler, but an overall daily use tumbler

I love my cups. I bought and orange one and a purple one. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5, is because the orange is more like a brown colour. However, the functionality of the cups is fabulous. My drinks stay really hot for hours. Am seriously considering buying the larger size as well.

The top of the mug is of a perfect diameter to use with an Aeropress. The coffee stays hot for a decent length of time, but crucially not so hot that you can't drink it for hours. The new style lid is a massive improvement on the old one. The cup is very nice to drink from with or without the lid. I now use it at home instead of my fine bone china cups. The inside of the cup seems stain resistant and I notice no lingering tastes.

The cup is not only esthetically pleasant, it also serves its function!
The coffee stays hot / cold for almost half a day! The new lid is a bonus point to my review.

The product looks nice. I hope after a few months it still holds up to its quality. The reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because it took 2.5 weeks for the product to arrive. If I knew that this was coming directly from China, I would have ordered elsewhere or a different product. They need to figure out their delivery logistics

EDIT BASED ON STTOKE’S RESPONSE: So after I read STTOKE’S response, I thought I was going crazy because I swear I read somewhere that “Most orders arrive within a week” within the shipping section of several products. I looked at the website again and I was right. As a matter of fact, the product I purchased (classic) doesn’t have any shipping insights referring to 12-15 days. In order to get that specific insight, you need to click on a link that says “ Please see here for a detailed estimate”, which is written on the next bullet after “Most orders arrive within a week”. As a customer, once you read that initial statement about orders arriving in a week, you’re not going to waste time and click on the next link for more insights on shipping.

Customer service is top notch. Had to get a mug lid replaced. Messaged them and they got back to me on the same day!!! Thanks!!!

I love STTOKE cups. They keep your drinks hot or cold depending on what you need them to do. And the new lids are great! I had tried a different brand of cup years ago, in my pursuit of a reusable cup, but it was completely ceramic. This all ceramic cup was heavy, wasn't spill proof/leak proof, didn't keep the drink hot/warm and it didn't hold a lot of liquid. I kind of gave up on reusable cups/tumblers for a while until about 5 or 6 years ago, when I decided to look into reusable cups again. I found out about STTOKE through an internet article. I got my first STTOKE cup (12 oz black with the original non-threaded lid) and it's been love ever since. STTOKE cups are the right blend of ceramic and steel to keep your drinks hot/cold and tasty! They are portable and indeed are shatterproof. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family!

I recently purchased two ceramic mugs from STTOKE, which were advertised as including one free straw tip per mug. When my order arrived, none of the straw tips were included. I initially assumed they may have been misplaced during packaging or lost in transit. We made sure to have a thorough look through the packaging as well, but had no luck.

I contacted customer support about this very simple issue, expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead, I experienced delays, the need for repeated follow-ups, and an extremely disappointing response from a representative named Sophie.

After several back-and-forths, I was eventually sent a so-called “packing video” of what was allegedly my order being packaged in a warehouse, presented as proof that the straw tips were included.

The video does not clearly identify the straw tips, nor does it demonstrate that the order shown was actually mine.

What it did convey was a subtle implication that I was being dishonest — over two tiny silicone or plastic tips that would cost next to nothing to replace.

What is most disappointing is that this was a genuine and reasonable request, yet instead of prioritising customer satisfaction, the company chose to delay resolution and push responsibility back onto the customer.

I have never experienced such poor treatment from an online retailer, particularly when most companies resolve missing-item issues quickly and respectfully.

We are not talking about missing mugs, but two minor accessories that could easily fit in the palm of your hand.

Put into perspective, it’s like receiving a takeaway coffee with no lid — clearly missing, not catastrophic, and normally resolved instantly. Instead, time and effort were spent producing warehouse footage rather than simply addressing the issue.

This entire experience left me feeling irritated, belittled, and undervalued as a customer. I expected far better from a company of this size and reputation.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience. In the past, I’ve had issues with STTOKE lids, and even getting replacements was unnecessarily difficult.

Based on these repeated experiences, I would not recommend STTOKE.

For a reasonably established company, the level of customer service is genuinely appalling.

Excellent product and highly recommend if you are looking for a coffee cup that can at least keep it warm for 2 hours or more.

Am happy with built quality and the timeless design, got the other 2 swirl cup too which fit it nicely. Still exploring what other drinks can i use for the sharing jug 😁

Suggestion to have both side with the logo for photo taking purpose

The most pleasant travel mug use experience I've had. No metal taste, no silicone or plastic smell, no built-up coffee smell, no condensation transferring from the open lid to my nose, genuinely leakproof (I bike commute with it lying down in my bag), lid is translucent so you know where the liquid is relative to your angle instead of it ambushing your face. It keeps my tea/coffee hot for ~2 hours, which is plenty as I'm generally ready to refill it by then anyway. I have thermoses that hold heat longer I find annoying because my tea never cools down enough to drink in a reasonable time 😂 The ceramic doesn't weigh any more than my fully metal mugs either! Absolutely love. I imagine I'll be buying backups.

Amazing product, I always love the line of stuff sttoke makes, perfectly using it for a lot of things, not just coffee and tea which is very cool.

Been using their products for a few years now…always awesome…
