Stroke makes my favourite coffee cups ever. The cup doesn’t spill (ever!) and stays hot for hours. My cup even survived an accidental fall from the roof of my car, and now with the new lid I no longer have to wipe the tip of my nose either, winning!

I have purchased 4 Sttoke products over the years, and they have all been great. They offer a unique product at a much higher quality level than any other brand. Their continued improvements to lids and capacity are appreciated.

I bought this leak-proof cup after seeing recommendations, and it truly does not leak, even with a straw! I no longer worry about water dripping out of my bag. However, it does leak if I turn it upside down immediately after taking a sip, perhaps because the spill-safe valve isn't fully sealed? I also bought the Kerrie Sleeve & STTRAP with Extension, but I didn't realize it was only for 12 & 16 oz cups, so it broke when I put it over a 20 oz cup. I wrote to customer service just wanting a replacement, but they were very helpful and said they could send me a new one. In return, they asked me to write a review on the website. I'm really grateful for their attentiveness and quick response!

These are amazing! The thermos keeps hot for a long time and is great to hold not chunky very comfortable! Love them and the little cuos i love how light they are highly recommend!!

I’ve wanted a Stokke cup for the longest time & it definitely delivers. Stylish yet functional & this is the first time I’ve gotten compliments on a bottle! The biggest perk for me is that it converts from a cup to a bottle with the hydrate extension! 5 stars & totally worth every cent.

I have been using Sttoke for few years already. I have 12oz and 16oz cup, also have an art collection. I love Sttoke quality, it is really come with quality as the company told us. Just recently I bought a 20oz with the straw and of course with leak proof. It is so amazing how Sttoke make a cup with the straw and still can make it leak proof.
Really reccomend for anyone who wanna have a reusable cup that can keep warm, cold and leak proof. Also they have many design for us to choose and the most important is no weird taste at all coz it made from ceramic

I just got them and I like the shape and the appearance. Does not keep things hot as long as I would like but does ok. The biggest thing is that the advertising makes you think that it is a ceramic cup. Instead it is a metal cup with what looks like a coating of ceramic. So a little disappointed in that. Will give them a shot for longer because you cannot return them. Hope it lasts longer than I think.

Amazing coffee cups that taste different from regular cups. Interesting colours and the slings are very cool. I have them in a variety of colours if you get a chance, but the updated 2.0 coffee lid as the original one sometimes leaves milk on your nose as you’re drinking. Careful to hand wash and don’t ding them, because over atime they eventually do show wear and tear. A cool Melbourne creation I recommend.

I bought my first Sttoke in 2022 and I love it but,I didn’t really like the lid because it should be leak proof but it leaked and not smooth to drink with that lid,so I usually use that without lid…but I’ve decided to order my second Sttoke and bought another lid for my first one though…it wasn’t fit my first one….so sad but that’s my mistake.
But I do hope you to show which lid for which commuter a bit more clearly as some people might think to order lid for older one when they order new commuter.
I haven’t use my new one yet though,I’m sure I love it too and new leak proof lid.
To be honest I’m still thinking how should I use that unfitted lid…haha.

But some of my friends bought their Sttoke because I told them how wonderful your products are!

I purchased the MoominX STOKE Collaboration set during the Black Friday promotion and was delighted to receive the set along with a few freebies.

The quality of the tumbler was excellent and i love how the leather carrying strap goes so well with the light grey tumbler.

We already had a Flow Series cup and as it proved to be superior in finish and keeping water cool and was nice to hold compared to a few other brands we have.
So we decided to get some backups.

Cups are of good quality and they look great for the office. They are also easy to clean, stains come off easily. However there seemed to be a defect with the Kerrie strap (the stitching on one side does not go to the edge of the holder) and emails with photos to the company has gone unanswered.

The outer tip edge of the cap of the leakproof 2.0 plastic lid had cracked and broken off after an accidental drop of the my new Ocean Glow - Turtle 12oz Sttoke cup from my bag, making it unable to be capped tightly anymore. My sister who had the Ocean Glow 16oz Sttoke cup with the same type of lid (2.0), and my father who had an older Sttoke cup with the leakproof 1.0 plastic lid, both also experienced the same issue with the same site broken off when their Sttoke cups accidentally dropped in the past, making the lids unusable and leaking.

I feel that there is a design flaw, if the same issue has occurred three times on separate occasions from different Sttoke cups by different users. The Sttoke cup is advertised as shatterproof, but obviously the lid is not. I think when the cup fell down, the cap of the lid would be the relatively heaviest part of the cup with its additional weight and therefore gravity would have pulled that location downwards. Also as the cap tip edge is protruding outwards, rather than inwards, it would likely to be the impact and the weakest point, making it easily damaged. It also could be the type of plastic being used, which is weak.

We are very disappointed with the products, especially since they are advertised as shatterproof and are quite expensive. We have used other reusable cups and never had the plastic lids cracked and broken off before from accidental fall. We don't think we will buy further products or lid replacement if this is an ongoing problem. We can't prevent accidental falls, but if the plastic lid cap can't withstand a short fall, then perhaps it is not durable to be used with its ''shatterproof'' ceramic cup.

I hope the company would kindly look into this problem, which is likely to be a design flaw, and improve the product. Thank you.

I had an issue a few years ago with shipping where the PayPal address was outdated and package got lost/stolen. STTOKE sent me new engraved cups. Very grateful.
Now I am a loyal customer. This order went smoothly and I love my cups.

Loved its design - bought accessories to go with my sttoke, especially handy when you go for walks and still able to bring my favourite sttoke cup along.
