Useless coffee cups. Bought 2 Omni cups and 2 Commuter cups and the lids (different design on each) don’t work on either. Can’t get coffee out of the omni cups and the lid of the commuter cup hits your nose and leaves a coffee smudge. Pathetic.

I have 6 of these cups, 2 of the limited edition ocean cups. The redesign of the lid just made these cups perfect. I drink both hot and cold drinks from my cups and I love that I don’t have to deal with the metallic aftertaste. Now if only we could get the limited edition in a 20 oz mug? Pretty please?

My 8th Sttoke. As coffee lover I avoid using paper cup or stainless steel cup.
It’s good to see they improve the lid design which used to leave coffee on my nose all the time after every sip.

Sttoke have recently redesigned their lids, which were my only gripe about the old cups. The new lid is really thoughtfully designed - coffee flows smoothly, no longer get a wet nose and even a little notch on the rim to make sure you dont even need to look where the opening is when you grab the cup quickly.

The cups themselves are excellent. The ceramic liner leaves no metallic aftertaste and doesnt stain like my old 'stainless' steel travel mug. Hot drinks stay hot for hours but best of all the mugs look great. I recently bought the red manta ray design with the red lid and it looks stunning. All the baristas comment on it!

All my sttoke cup purchased is beautiful. Especially the ocean series. The accessories is handy and useful as well. love it so much. Best of all they have efficient customer service and fast delivery.

Honestly I'm a bit disappointed, in the customer service. I'm a past customer and I truly do love the commuter cups. I've been drinking out of them for two years and my only complaint would be paint chipping around the rim. So I decided to order myself two new ones. I then accidentally ordered the 12oz size vs 16oz. Without opening the package inquired on if I could exchange these for the size I required. I would even have paid shipping and the additional cost but the was no flexibility at all. My only answer was 'no, here is our return policy' which is not existent unfortunately. So no I'm sitting here with the choice of paying over $120 for two additional cups on top of the two I don't need or just move on. Due to the lack of customer service or even attempt to meet me in the middle, I think you all know the answer.

I’ve used Sttoke cups for years and can’t get enough of them.

Keeps hot drinks hot for a very long time, and keeps cold drinks cold for the same. There was once I forgot to throw the ice cubes after I finished my drink, and they lasted well over three hours.

The cap keeps the drinks airtight. I can shake my instant coffee like a shaker without worrying, and even more so, can leave it lying down without fearing of any leak.

Finally, aesthetically pleasing - sleek and pleasant, modern colours.

I’m surprised by the shocking reviews on other review platforms. I’ve had my cup for a few weeks and I love it. No scratches as yet and it’s completely leak-proof. I got the carry strap and the add-on that converts it to a water bottle which is super handy. My coffee tastes good and stays warm for ages - maybe not as long as the website suggests but I’ve burned my tongue on a tea I made in the cup 2 hrs after the fact. 🤷‍♀️ I like the lid because it’s hard plastic it won’t absorb a coffee smell and doesn’t feel texturally gross like my keep cup for example. Lost a star because the shipping took ages! They present themselves as a Melbourne company so you’d expect the product to come from Melbourne but it doesn’t. Nevertheless I would 100% get one as a gift for a friend.

The 20oz cup is wonderful. I love the straw and its spill resistant design.
