Logo Issue
I was very impressed that I could find a mug with an appropriate logo, also, with the speed of dispatch and delivery, however, I was disappointed to discover that as the person I gave this to is a right-handed person, they feel they can’t use the mug, as the logo faces towards them as they use it, and not out so that everyone can see it.
Maybe whether a person is left or right-handed could be considered as an option when ordering,or the logo could be put on both sides!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We do advise on our delivery information page that customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes which may be associated with the shipment and so we am sorry that you may have missed that.

Sadly, we do not have control over the cost of import duties/taxes as this is governed by the receiving countries governing body.
