StubHub..The Place where the customers always right (if you are a buyer).

I sold some tickets at SH. It wasn’t the first time that I was using this page but this time the service that I received was completely shocking. Tickets that I sold were completely legit as I bought them from the main source and used only SH to sell them. Everything was fine until I received a meaningless email from SH after 5 days of the game saying that : Your sale has been cancelled because buyer claimed that they couldn’t enter the stadium. And I have 24 hours to prove that wasn’t the case !?!

First of all, it was bank holiday, so 24 hours is completely an unfair time frame, secondly there is no way to get the document that they were asking.

As a result: they cancelled my sale + they charged with a fee. I’ll probably won’t use again this platform because as a seller, you don’t have any kind of protection. If you buy tickets, you can watch the games freely. If you sell your ticket, you always under the risk of not getting paid and pay penalties if any buyer just say “I couldn’t enter the venue”

Seems that people in this company doesn’t have so many ideas regarding how a ticketing company should be running. If this happened to me, I’m sure would be happening with more sellers and with this policy I’m afraid that this company doesn’t have any future.

Sold my tickets on StubHub, but they claim the purchaser couldn't scan them on arrival and that I somehow have to prove that they were used.

For the benefit they will cancel my payment and charge me an administration fee for my troubles.

Absolutely scammers.

We bought some tickets for a football match in Italy. The date of the event was changed so we couldn't assist. They won't give back our money, or let me try to resale the tickets through their webpage as they advertise. Total lack of commitment towards the buyer. 175 euros thrown down the drain, plus the hotel and plane tickets which we can't change either.

ordered tickets for arsenal as a gift and never received, them. it's impossible to contact anyone

Just bought a ticket to Arsenal v Crystal Palace 2 hours before the game started. Got the ticket within 5 mins. Was a little sceptical about it being fake, but I'm now in the stadium. Awesome!

Tip Top die Tickets waren zwar etwas teurer aber dafür waren die Plätze top

Do not use StubHub as it is a waste of your time!
I sold my tickets using this website and they scammed me out of €120! They purposely sent my money to the wrong bank account and are refusing to and now are claiming they cannot trace the payment that THEY SENT! This seems to be a regular occurrence with stub hubs payments going into “wrong accounts”. This is a very dodgy business and will not recommend this to anyone!

Bought tickets to see arsenal match, when we got to the stadium someone had already used the tickets an hour ago. Very distressing and annoying and stubhub will invistigate and just returned our money. They have very poor controls in place to avoid this kind of thing, which is shocking! They are middle men taking the fees without providing sufficient security. Do not use them unless you want stress and dissapointment on mach days or events.

Complete waste of time . I emailed stubhub for tickets for a game 4 days before it started and they contacted me 4 hours after the game finished to say they had tickets …stay away from these people ..wasters

I've used Stubhub.ie twice for EPL tickets. First time was average, but the most recent time was extremely awesome! We ended up with front row seats!

My son due to go to his first Manchester United match today and received his tickets on Tuesday to now receive an email late last night that the tickets are invalid. Flights and hotel booked. The email reads that they have more tickets available if we wish to purchase. Why on earth would I trust this site. Absolute scam don't purchase tickets off these guys.

Bought pair of tickets to watch Arsenal Vs Man U at Emirates Stadium last month, we had very good experience! At first I was skeptical after reading poor reviews, I guessed they might purchased from untrustworthy sellers. Overall, the website has very good customer service & refund policy. Worth to consider!

Fraudulent company using the stubhub name. This is a criminal scam. They will just take your money and that will be it. This should be flagged to the police and to stubhub to be taken down immediately.

Excellent company, effective and efficient customer service. Just got refunded a concert which i was denied entry due to unforeseen circumstances. Prompt and courteous company.

I bought 2 tickets to the Fulham vs Chelsea game. We arrived and were denied entry. I went to the Ticket Office and they confirmed that the tickets were fake. A guy next to me had the same exact situation and bought the tickets from StubHub International. We were both out of luck and could not get into the game.

FAKE TICKETS. SCAM. Planned an entire INTERNATIONAL vacation and bday gift around an event to get there and find out they are fake tickets!!! And they don’t care!

Don’t be fooled. Completely SCAM.
We bought two very expensive tickets through them to attend World Cup match between England & France. We traveled to Doha by car and we reached there after a hectic 17 hours trip. We received the electronic tickets, downloaded them and everything looked legitimate. When we reached the entrance gate and opened the app it showed that our tickets got DELETED!! Couldn’t to talk to them as they have no phone number neither got help from their stupid web based help center.

Very poor experience, bought tickets 5days in advance and still hadn’t received them until 6hrs before when I had to call Stubhub twice in an hour, I did get a refund but I ended up buying tickets elsewhere at a higher price because of their lack of supply
