So disappointed with how long they took. The website states if you order before 12 they're sent the next day. They took weeks to arrive. I ended up having to use a pen on my child's stuff. Waste of time ordering.

Wish I read these reviews before ordering. Ordered here because a daycare listed them in the handbook for labels. I'm in NYC and they're being made in Australia!!!! Very slow to initiate making these labels. Shipping time stated on the site of wrong and/or outdated. Ordered 6 days ago and they haven't started production yet. Please use another company!! **Update: took 19 days to finally arrive.

Horrible experience. Needed these labels before school. Supposedly got lost in the mail and they want you to contact usps and deal with it. They will not resend or help in any other way. You are much better off with another company or even Etsy that has better customer service. Stuck on you US is horrendous.

Really happy with the range, the different types, fonts etc. Can personalise everything perfectly. My delivery didn’t have the iron on sheet to put under the iron, between the stickers and they kindly sent me out another load of labels with the iron sheet. Excellent customer service. Have used the stickers on lunch box, bottles etc and been washing them without them coming off. Have ironed labels in to his clothes and hat and no issues then coming off. Highly recommend

Used stuck on you a few years ago and ease of website and quality of labels is good. But they have go e down hill in their turn around times. From emails I’ve received it seems they don’t produce the labels at head office anymore, but have them shipped there for despatch rather then sent direct to customers, with woefully under estimated time frames and generic cold responses. There’s plenty of competitors, so if need items within 2 weeks shop around (and no updates), if you can wait and be better planned, then I can’t fault my original products, not sure about these ones as I’m still waiting.....

Brought these for the first time after I was recommended these. But the iron on labels are awful, they fall off after the first wash, I have fully followed the instructions. I have been in contact with Rose at customer service team since the 16th Sep, they have taken so long to pin point the issue and I can clearly say they are waiting for me to get fed up and just leave it. I spent £40 and I have asked for a full refund. I would appreciate a response as giving me £10 refund is laughable!

Have been using labels for 3yrs, all labels are still intact, iron-on did go off but after MANY washes. The stamp is awesome too but not good for dark clothing, perfect for socks. oh! designs are super cuteeee! Extremely satisfied.

The iron on labels look great, however, even when the instructions are followed exactly, they don't last the first wash. Terrible quality as they don't do what they are designed to. Which is a real shame.
