Studio Bite Opiniões

Faris was amazing, he was extremely professional and informative. I didn’t know much about grillz or what design I wanted, he helped me decide while providing loads of differnt options and designs while being patient with me throughout. It was a great, easy experience I definitely recommend Studio Bite to everyone!!

Zaid did an excellent job on the grills. The craftsmanship is top-notch, with great attention to detail and a perfect finish. I initially had a disappointing experience with order #1046: the international shipment was significantly delayed, and my earlier emails went unanswered.

However, Studio Bite contacted me with a very sincere and transparent apology. They took full responsibility for the missed communication, investigated the lost shipment with Royal Mail, and issued a full refund immediately.

Mistakes and delivery problems can happen, but what matters is how a company responds. I genuinely appreciated their honesty, kindness, and willingness to resolve the situation professionally.

Based on the way they handled the issue in the end, I am happy to update my review to 5 stars.

Genuinley felt cared for the whole time from moods to collection day the team have been super transparent and helpful
