When I asked the seller to provide a copy of the signature DHL has on file so I could verify if it was mine or a forgery, they refused outright and insulted me, calling me a 'liar' and a 'scammer' in their public reply. Instead of helping me investigate with DHL, they hid behind PayPal's decision (which is automatic when DHL presents any scribble as 'proof of delivery'). Their attitude is shocking: zero empathy, zero transparency, and zero willingness to help. If DHL loses your package, this seller will blame you rather than assist you. Do not buy from them."

We send you the order on time. After your request we contacted DHL. And DHL answered that they have delivered the goods to you personally. They also provided your signature.
If there is an issue with the delivery then DHL starts investigating and either finds the parcel or they refund the money for it. But in your case they had your signature. In all these years we never had a situation where DHL had a signature from the recipient, when a package was lost. But in your case they had your signature!
We can go to court if you want every judge will tell you the same, we got your order, we have send it on time and you signed for it. DHL has all the proof. Your signature.
You opened a Case at paypal before i could investigate with DHL.
And Paypal decided against you and decided the case in our favour. Why? Because DHL had your signature!
