Do not buy from this company.
Bought the eye cream after seeing it advertised which made it look amazing. It did absolutely nothing for my eyes. There was no change at all. A complete waste of money, a total con.
I contacted customer services as they have a 30 day money back guarantee to be told, before we proceed to try the following steps. I tried the product again for a few days following their steps, still nothing.
I contacted them again to be told I could not get a refund because I had opened and used the product. What’s the money back guarantee for if you can’t try the product to claim on it.
Will say it again, Do not buy from this company.

I wasn't sure if it would work for me specifically but decided to give it a shot. Glad I did, visible improvement and I feel way more confident going out now. Worth every penny

Took a little while to see the full effect but once it kicked in, wow. My whole look improved and I feel like myself again. Already told a couple friends about it.

This product just does not work.
As someone else said, it’s completely unbranded & a direct copy of a branded item.
I am furious with myself that I did not check it out properly as it looks as though I’m not going to be able to get a refund - unlike other brands.
Just don’t order!!

(Whatever you do, do NOT waste your money on this product it makes no difference whatsoever its awful and doubt the company are legitimate. I have had an email to give an update not sure how i can add anything else other than say the product is not doing what it states. The email says it will be removed so make of that what you will.

This product isn't worthy of any stars.
Absolute rubbish. Arrives completely unbranded and looks nothing like the product advertised. Makes no difference whatsoever.
It's interesting to see 5 star reviews on Trustpilot for Studio Dermal from USA purchasers - compared to majority 1 star reviews from UK purchasers.
And also interesting that no reviews are shown on Facebook adverts given their statement that 100,000 British women have seen such a difference since using this product.
I'm amazed that this company is duping so many people and getting away with it.

Having read the reviews on Trustpilot just after ordering it, I wish that I had not bothered.

I have emailed the company three times to cancel it before it gets shipped, but it didn't generate the response I wanted. They have decided to ship it anyway, despite me trying to cancel it.

My mobile phone provider's security does not like their website so it tries to block it, so I have had to access it using a different device. That, in itself, says something about the company.

So, Studio dermal, if you are reading this, refund me immediately.

Please do not buy this product. It does not work at all. I purchased this after seeing an ad on social media. It stated there was a money back guarantee if you are not happy.
I contacted customer services to let them know the product did not work - only to be told I could not have a refund as the product had been used! You obviously have to use a product to see if it works.
I only wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing as they speak for themselves.

I do not understand such mixed reviews on this product. Did the people who give it a 5 star review get a different product to those of us who gave it 1 star? I was dubious that it was a legitimate product as soon as I saw it and tried it, even though I bought it directly from the site. I have had a similar product before from a different company and I could immediately see and feel the effect. This one does not work and also, bizarrely, it does not have Studio Dermal written on it which I find odd. I did query this with the customer service and the reply was as follows....The "white label" or unbranded packaging you received is part of a new logistical trial we are currently running specifically for our UK customers. While the outer box and tube may look different from the marketing videos you have seen online, the formula and ingredients inside are the exact high-quality product you ordered. We decided to prioritize faster shipping times for this batch, which sometimes requires utilizing neutral packaging during transit...
It took 10 or 11 days to get to me, so 'utilising neutral packaging' to speed delivery didn't appear to work. It would be like famous brands not putting their brand name on their products to get them shipped quicker. Mad. Not putting your brand name on all your products makes no sense. Your brand is your business! It makes me wary of the cream itself and suggests that there may be a mix of legit and non legit products from the same company. I said I would like to return it and be reimbursed. Apparently, to return it, so I have been told, the product has to go back to Asia at a cost to me of anything between £20-£30!!!! Really? In my opinion and from my experience, I would advise not to risk this company. It sounds like it's hit or miss as to whether you get a genuine product...and mine was £20, so not cheap.

Saw this on Facebook and decided to give it a go AND so glad I did! Lovely product, does exactly what it says. Fast delivery and great customer service too.

I would not recommend this product or company – stay away. The outer packaging was sealed in plastic, but when I opened the tube it looked like it had already been used. The cream itself was not sealed, and the lid was full of product.

I contacted customer service and even sent them a photo of the product to show its condition, but unfortunately I never received any response.

I did try the product, but I didn’t see any results at all. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the condition of the item and the lack of customer support. I would not recommend this product or company – stay away.

I wish I’d checked out more reviews before buying. I thought I’d bought this from Amazon 2 tubes £9.99 and thought if it’s not only cost me £9.99. Arrived and completely unbranded and product useless. SO I went to the Studio Dermal website, waited a week for it to arrive. Exactly the same product as Amazon, completely unbranded and NOT worth the money £22.99 this time. I could kick myself. Don’t buy, useless product. NOT as advertised. Just put an ice cube on your eyes…or pile cream.

I almost talked myself out of purchasing after overthinking it, but I'm so relieved I went ahead! Yes, I did my research first and the reviews checked out. If you're over 30 and constantly seeing this pop up, take it as a sign! It's absolutely worth spending your hard-earned cash on. This is one of those rare finds that actually lives up to the hype. Giving it a solid 5 stars!

I purchased the eye lift in good faith and followed the instructions exactly and it made no difference. I contacted the company whose first response was to suggest I had not followed the instructions
I responded explaining that I followed the instructions exactly 3 times and then product did not work and requested a refund
The replied saying as I had used the product a refund was not possible. Totally dissatisfied with this company do not waste your money on this product

Took about 7 days to arrive but patience pays off! Once I started using the cream I noticed a gradual lifting and tightening effect. Saw it on a Facebook ad and thought seemed too good to be true but turns out it really does deliver! So happy I took the leap. Worth every centt

Awful product - did not work at all even after multiple attempts, complained to the company, couldn’t give a refund as I had opened the product WHAT !!!! I’d have to open it to see if it works

Don’t buy the under eye cream, it is fake . It does nothing what so ever to your skin. Took 4 weeks to arrive. when I emailed them, they said they won't refund because I opened the package,🤬 and it depends on your skin if it works or not, how can you tell if it works if you don't open it.
Please don't waste your money on this fake company. They are scammers. The good reviews they are fake too. Don’t be a fool like me!!!
