Seems like a scam
I spoke to this company back in April and requested information about UK transferability. 3 times I received a call from an administrator who told me they couldn't answer the question and that an adviser would call back. However, I then received another call from an administrator who again told me someone else would call back. This happened 3 times. I have then sent questions on Whatsapp which went unanswered and left multiple requests for answers to basic questions about compliance with GMC regulations. It seems as soon as you start to ask questions they dont want to answer they ignore your request for information.
In response the the reply below;
I understand you may be frustrated with negative feedback but we spoke about this review on the phone. I explained the information was accurate at the time is was wrote. In fact you only called me after you received notification of my review. I stand by my comments made and hope you take feedback rather than attacking people who leave reviews. Good luck going forwards.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review about Study Medicine Europe®.
As you may be aware, SME is the biggest and most reliable UK Company in Medical student recruitment, with a proven track record in customer service of over a decade. Throughout the years, we have developed a customer-centric approach, which is based on the assessment and analysis of the feedback we receive from our students. Upon receipt of negative reviews such as yours, we track the customer, or prospective customer, go through our files to establish the validity of the review and understand the reason we have failed to deliver a satisfactory service.
In this case, going back to our records, we have discovered that the majority of the statements you have made in your post are inaccurate. You reached out to us for the first time on March 25th, 2023 and your appointment with one of our Academic Advisors was booked for April 4th, 2023. After a detailed consultation on the Medical programmes that interested you, a follow up email with links and information on the available programmes, the services we provide and the fees that apply, was sent to which you never replied back. Similarly, your Academic Advisor never received any communication or feedback from you (email or WhatsApp messages), until the 22nd of August 2023 when she contacted you in order to follow up about the nature of your complaints. Further, it appears that your questions have not only been addressed by your personal Academic Advisor, but also another two members of the SME team. A second Academic Advisor and a member of the Registration department also them communicated with you. So, in total, you spoke to three members of our team as we wanted to support you as much as possible providing the most analytical and accurate answers to each of your questions.
The question that springs from the above is why, although you never attempted any further contact with your Academic Advisor, you claim that she intentionally ignored you, implying that SME is either uninformed about important aspects of the Medical programmes we represent, or, even worse, intentionally misinforming potential applicants. What raises even more concerns is that you posted the same review on two different platforms which leads us to assume that the intention was not to share your experience, as every other genuine reviewer, but rather populate defamatory and incorrect information through different mediums. Kindly be informed that we do not tolerate this kind of slander and will report this review to trustpilot as malignant.

From the very beginning, the team at Study Medicine Europe was incredibly supportive, informative, and efficient. They provided me with all the necessary guidance and support throughout the entire application process, helping me to narrow down my options, select the right program, and complete all the paperwork in a timely manner.
The team was always quick to respond to my queries and concerns, and provided me with regular updates on my application progress. They even helped me to secure a scholarship, which was a huge relief as I was worried about financing my studies abroad.
