I ordered some small glasses which I tracked to nearly my address in Australia, when they suddenly "went missing" in the post. Stuff for Kitchen immediately organised to re-ship the glasses which arrived and then the original shipment turned up (2 months late). Paulo K ar SFK very kindly advised me that I may keep both parcels. This was extremely generous of the company. I cannot fault the quick and friendly responses received and highly recommend them.

Got this to replace my son's one - I found the exact same type as he liked the old one but it was burnt and battered over the year. The replacement is same great quality, lovely bright colours and great insulation from heat. Would recommend

My daughter happened to mention that she was expecting a Microplane in her stocking. It was the Monday before Christmas and almost everywhere was out of stock. Thank goodness, Stuff For The Kitchen had one and offered next day delivery. Perfect. The Microplane did indeed arrive the next day and I’m delighted with the service. Will definitely use again.

Unfortunately the knives I ordered did not turn up after 8 days and so I had to contact the company. They were extremely helpful and a new set were dispatched. These arrived very quickly. I’m very pleased and it’s a shame the company was let down by a poor courier service.
