I ordered online from Stüssy and when my package arrived, it was ripped open and empty — none of the items I ordered were inside. I immediately emailed customer service, but received no response at all, not even an acknowledgment that my email was received. This has been very disappointing, especially given the price of the items. Poor delivery handling and lack of customer support.
The product is not even cheap and then you get this kind off customer service

le site eu.stussy.com est un site de confiance. Je n'ai rencontré aucun souci. J'ai passé une commande il y a 15 jours et j'ai reçu les articles conformes à la commande une semaine après. Aucune difficulté rencontrée. Je recommande ce site. Je tenais à faire ce commentaire car j'ai failli ne pas commander en voyant tous les avis négatifs. Et j'ai tenté le coup. J'ai bien fait.

appena scoperto di essere stata truffata, ho comprato e mi sono resa conto di non aver ricevuto mail riferite all'ordine, dal momento che provo ad accedere all'account, tutto fermo, non mi resetta la password, nulla di nulla, nessun contatto, nessuna mail. Ho scritto al servizio cliente stussy originale e mi hanno confermato che ho acquistato da un sito truffa

Horrible! I am a client since years. I received a new order with 2 t shirts. One of them broke after 1 usagae. They decided give 20% off discount. WTF! Sorry but this is horrible custome care! Will not buy again... Sorry

Ich habe das erste mal bei Stüssy bestellt.
Ich habe bei einer Bestellung alle 4 T-Shirts zurückgeschickt, weil die alle anders ausfallen und nicht gepasst haben. Also habe ich bei der nächsten Bestellung ein T-Shirt in zwei Grössen bestellt und zusätzlich noch ein anderes, weil es cool aussah. Von der zweiten Bestellung hat nur 1 T-Shirt gepasst und das habe ich auch behalten.
Jetzt habe ich eine Warnung bekommen, dass mein Account gesperrt wird, wenn ich noch mal so viel zurückschicke.
Ein einziger Rückversand kostet eh schon 10€. Alleine das ist schon sehr ungewöhnlich, wenn auch noch alle T-Shirts unterschiedliche Passformen haben.
Ich bestelle dort freiwillig nie mehr. Die Qualität der T-Shirts lässt ohnehin zu wünschen übrig.
Das einzig Positive ist eine schnelle Lieferung und das coole Design der Kleidung. In meinen Augen ist der Shop schlichtweg Abzocke.

He treated us like VIPs, acting as a personal shopper for my 12-year-old son, who is on the smaller side and can be tough to fit. Herman took the time to not only help us on the floor but even went downstairs to search through the stockroom for XS sizes that might work. Thanks to his effort and kindness, we found two hoodies that my son absolutely loves, and he left the store beaming.
Herman truly exceeded our expectations with his professionalism, care, and dedication. This was one of the most positive shopping experiences we’ve ever had. I can’t recommend Herman and the Stüssy NYC team highly enough, you’ll be in the best hands here!

Wie kan mij vertellen waar ik echte stüssy artikelen kan kopen en niet van die fake rommel of nog erger belazerd worden. Diverse items stüssy besteld en online betaald. Tracktrace nummer gekregen en zag dat bestelling uit China zou komen. Rook toen al onraad: niks geen kleding en andere accessoires maar een mini envelop met kaartje met "thank you".
Geld kwijt want bleek niet te storneren.
Ging om cadeau voor mijn zieke dochter.

Bought online from Stussy South Africa. Surprised when a the payment reference was a chinese company. They use a terrible shipping company called Track718 which 23 days later has not delivered my item despite the exhorbitant shipping fee!). Website does not answer my emails. Useless. I think it is a scam.

This is basically a scam site, order goods, was advertised as 3-15 days shipping, it took 31 days for nothing to turn up. Checked my tracking information and it shows goods marked as delivered, they were never delivered. Trying to get any response or any money back has been impossible. Avoid like the plague.

Purchased a hoodie in December, it never arrived, they then, after months of emails, offered me a 60% refund???? Then a 70% refund and 30% off my next purchase, I obviously refused this.
Two months ago they asked for my Iban to refund my money and 2 months later, still nothing? Keep telling me to be patient as it's with the bank.
Complete joke.

Un tracking spedizione falso.. che la consegna risulta effettuata.
Chiesto il rimborso, mi propongono di effettuare una nuova spedizione.. assolutamente No! Chiedo il rimborso nuovamente, ad oggi non ho ricevuto né felpe né rimborso

È una truffa e consiglio vivamente di stare alla larga dal sito stussy. Hanno incassato il prezzo, nel mio caso di una felpa, ma non hanno mai spedito l'articolo acquistato. Ho inviato decine di reclami, ma mai una risposta. Pessimi, anzi ottimi truffatori. Peccato non aver consultato prima le recensioni, che qui non mancano.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have selected that. Terrible company now.

As a kid that grew up in the early 80's I knew Stussy. My friends and I wore the shirts like a badges of honor. People who knew, knew.

When my teenage son said he wanted one of their winter coats for Christmas I was actually proud he didn't pick North Face or another typical brand. I ordered the coat in small unsure of the size he would need. First BS move by Stussy, a 7 day return window? Are you ducking* kidding? It took longer to arrive. Reached out after Christmas and they agreed to take the return. How kind. We actually wanted to exchange for a medium but that's too hard for Stussy to manage. They just don't offer that for their customers, sorry. So we sent the small back in the very limited extended return window and waited for 3 weeks before refunded. Then MUCH TO MY DISPLEASURE my son still wanted the coat so we ordered the medium. Our last order ever with Stussy.

The complete lack of customer service was gross. Slow responses. No customer service number. Very little care for the customer once they have your money. There are far too many options out there to give my money to. Stussy - full of people who don't care.

i bought like 8 items total hoodie, crewneck ,etc, and I received 3 items defective or had a small cut, wrong color thing like that .
