Ich merkte erst, als ich auf "Bestellung absenden" geklickt hatte, dass es sich nicht um ein mit den Automobil Herstellern verbundenes Unternehmen handelt. Der Eindruck war dann so unseriös mit zig zusätzlichen Bestellangeboten, dass ich umgehend einen Widerruf abschickte. Auch den Versand aus Litauen habe ich vorher nicht erkannt.
Es folgte ein sehr freundlicher Mail Verkehr mit der Bitte, dem Haus eine Chance zu geben. Außerdem sei der Versand sowieso nicht mehr zu stoppen...
Ich muss zugeben, dass ich positiv überrascht wurde. Der Versand dauerte ein paar Tage , aber für Litauen immer noch flott. Die Shirts sind gut und der tatsächlich gezahlte Preis ist in Ordnung. Für den angeblichen Original Preis wäre es allerdings überteuert. Das ist also ein bisschen Bauernfängerei.
Größe und Passform waren in Ordnung, das Design in jedem Fall dezent und hochwertig.
Für die Zukunft empfehle ich der Firma, einfach offensiv mit den Angaben zum Versand und der nicht-Zugehörigkeit zu einem Hersteller umzugehen. Das erhöht die Seriosität und bringt weniger Unsicherheit beim Kunden.

size chart isn't correct at all. The ordered shirts were smaller than stated. Return address is in Lithuania !!! shipping on return is at own cost, 13 euro's from the Netherlands. No promised exchange for a larger size, but an instant refund. That means if you want another size, order en pay shippingcosts again, scam, NEVER again !!!! The whole process from order to refund took a month...

The size chart provided on each product page reflects the actual measurements of the items. We kindly remind that T-shirts should be measured properly laid flat and straightened, as this ensures accurate comparison with the chart.
We also want to emphasize that size exchanges with us are free of charge on our side – meaning we do not require the customer to pay again for shipping the replacement item from our warehouse.
It is true that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, which is standard practice. Our central logistics warehouse is located in Lithuania, as correctly mentioned. From there, we distribute orders across Europe. Given that we serve many customers across Northern Europe, this location allows us to operate efficiently and deliver consistently.
Regarding your case, a refund was processed promptly after the return procedure was completed, in line with our policy.

Der Service war schnell, hat zügig geantwortet.
Ich bestätigte nicht meinen Warenkorb, man bot mir den kostenfreien Versand an.
Ich bat um Zusendung der Bankdaten für eine Überweisung, ich wollte nicht Paypal nutzen.
Ich bekam diese zugeschickt, aber wieder mit dem ursprünglichen Rechnungsbetrag mit Versandkosten. Darauf wurde dann auch bestanden. Da es ein Geschenk sein sollte und die Zeit drängte, hab ich eine neue Bestellung vorgenommen. Das Shirt kam zu spät an und leider fällt es viel größer aus als andere Marken. Mein Mann trägt immer L, aber dies fällt viel größer aus.
Ich hoffe, dass ich nun eine kostenfreie Retoure erhalte.
