I have been using SBS for the last 5 years or so and I have found it to be the hugest confidence boost each time. I have just done a wardrobe declutter and styling session with Fi and it is the most joyful experience. Fi is so warm and friendly, whilst being completely professional and inspiring. It is so easy to book in with Zoe and the website is easy to navigate. I also subscribe to their Patreon articles which is a great place to get ideas for fashion and styling.

I recently received my makeup analysis, created for me by the wonderful Belinda. I was so impressed by how much detail was included, I’m still working my way through it! Her advice on skincare was clear and easy to understand. The makeup advice is invaluable and I am going to have so much fun trying different techniques and products. The products I have purchased so far have been amazing and feel so good on my skin and suit me perfectly. I can’t wait to go shopping and purchase some more of her recommendations. I booked a colour analysis for my daughter’s 12th birthday, and it was the best gift! We went shopping that weekend to find her season colours - so much fun!
The real 'aha!' moment came a few weeks later when she was prescribed glasses. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, she picked her new frames in record time because she knew exactly which shades complemented her skin tone. It’s a practical, confidence-boosting skill she’ll have for life. Highly recommend for a unique teen gift!

Susie is LOVELY she made me (quite an anxious person) feel really at ease and as if I was chatting with a friend. She has boosted my self esteem and given me a sense of why I could never feel like I suited what I wore! Fiona came to my workplace and did a style party for four of my team. Some were just interested to see what it was all about, whilst others felt they were in a style rut and longer knew what suited them.
All four ladies came out of their sessions with smiles on their faces and brimming with confidence. It was the office chat for the whole week!

Today I received my make up analysis from Belinda and it’s amazing! So detailed and personalised - she really took into account the information I gave in my questionnaire and made sure all the advice she gave was relevant to me. Just received back my style analysis and hair analysis. This really is fab value for money.
It gives so much information on what suits my colouring, shape and is a great starting point without being overwhelming and making me feel that I have to go out and immediately buy a complete new wardrobe. The hair analysis also has great detail - even on how to wear my hair up! Highly recommend Susie

After having my Style Guide done by Sarah in 2020 it was time for me to get my ‘shopping mojo’ back and I met Kim on my birthday this week in Bluewater.

Kim is lovely, bright and warm. She picked out lots of pieces that I would never have chosen myself and of course they fit like a glove and made me look and feel amazing.
We stuck to my budget, there was zero pressure to buy anything and we added a few items that I didn’t purchase (but liked) to my list for another time.
There was always a thought behind every item and what it could be paired with for an outfit including pieces I already own.
I ended up buying everything on my wish list with Kim’s help and even found a gorgeous dress for my friends wedding next spring.

I’m definitely going to use STS and Kim’s services again as I’m hoping to do another shop with her for spring/summer.

I had a power hour with Fi. She was like a ray of sunshine, especially as it was first thing in the morning. She made me feel like I'd known her forever and I can't believe what we managed to get in an hour. The whole experience was just pure delight, thank you Fi xx

I had a wardrobe declutter and then a shop with Susie and it was worth every penny. Susie was able to use loads of existing clothes that I have, and pair them up in a way that created a range of different outfits (none of which I would have thought of!). We were then able to see what was missing and that I needed to purchase in order to maximise the outfits that I could put together.
The shop was such fun! Susie had an eye for exactly what I was looking for and matched the brief brilliantly in just 2 different shops. I have come away, on budget, with such lovely clothes that make a huge range of outfits when put with existing wardrobe items.
Above all, I felt really encouraged! Susie was so much fun and was really honest about what worked and what didn't and there was no pressure at all to buy anything if I didn't want to (although I think I pretty much bought most things!) I am loving my new clothes and have received compliments literally every time I have worn a new combination!
I will definitely be back!

I had an absolutely fantastic personal shop with Fi! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Fi encouraged me to try styles I never would have considered on my own, and I was amazed at how much I loved them. It gave me a real boost in confidence and helped me see myself in a whole new light.
This wasn’t my first personal shop—and it definitely won’t be my last. I truly feel I’ve found my style with Fi, which means I buy less, keep more, and never end up with wasted purchases. Fi made both me and my mum feel a million dollars.
We had time to chat and get comfortable with each other, pick and choose what felt like thousands of options and be gently supported in making braver style choices all in 2 hours. Honestly Fi is just fabulous!

​I booked a "Power Hour" with Fi in Leeds, and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Fi is instantly so approachable; we chatted away like we were old friends! My brief was simple: jeans. She is an absolute expert, knowing exactly where to shop for my size and shape - we had found the perfect pair(s) and met the brief within the first 15 minutes!

​We spent the rest of the time trying clothes I would never have picked up myself in shops I never go into, and I ended up making some really confidence-boosting purchases. It was professional, efficient, and great fun. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be booking again for a seasonal refresh!

I have had a style analysis with Susie and loved it so much I bought my Mum a session! What a fantastic time we had yesterday! Susie whipped around the store picking items my mum would never have looked twice at and gave her the confidence to just give it a try and see what it looks & feels like on! I’d met Fiona before when she came to my house for a wardrobe declutter so she’d seen my clothes and had an idea of my style. The personal shop came at a great time for lots of events I have coming up and to help me navigate the Autumn colours in all the shops - as a winter I was struggling to know what to try and buy. Fiona was fabulous - making suggestions to try things I’d normally all steer away from and how they could be styled together and with existing things in my wardrobe. It was like shopping with a friend - no pressure or try or buy - just a gentle steer in a different direction. Amazing having your own personal clothing cheer leader for 3 hours! So excited to wear all my new outfits in the coming months! Thank you Fiona for an excellent shopping experience and making it so enjoyable!
