Haven’t recieved my parcel yet! And when complained about I’ve had no response even though multiple messages have been sent!!

Bought a coat for next day delivery but ordered after 2pm so i received it 2days later was scared to order because of the reviews on trustpilot but I decided to take the risk and I am pleased with my coat looks like the pictures on the site and it fits well so it's true to size so far looks good will write another review in a few months to comment on the quality.

100% recommend this company.
On so many occasions we have been scammed by "new" or "unfamiliar" companies.
We had never heard of Styled Up before but saw a jacket and thought we would take a chance!!!
Best decision we made!!!
We ordered on a Thursday and the Jacket was delivered by Royal Mail on the following Wednesday. And the jacket was fantastic quality.
We will 100% be ordering from this company again. It is so nice to have faith in reputable companies.

Delivery is shocking……. Paid for next day delivery and a week later still not received my coat…….. so disappointing

Ordered a tracksuit from them... wasn't holding up much hope after reading the reviews but it arrived and it's actually a really lovely tracksuit.
Material is ok... soft and comfortable but not the best in the workd but I paid £34 for the whole set so can't really grumble with that. It's not like the sliky Material it's looks and feels decent.
Didn't take long to be delivered either.
My experience with this company has been a positive one.

Don’t waste your money - poor quality material which discolors in the washing machine and refusal to refund your money unless item has all its labels on.

From my experience all the 1* reviews are a very accurate reflection of this cowboy company.

I ordered a coat on 19th November (so nearly a month ago now) and as I write this on the 9th December, the coat still hasn't arrived. Royal Mail tracking for the item indicates it was sent 48 hours tracked delivery, meaning it should have been received on or around the 21st.

The tracking has not moved since the 20th, so for most people with an IQ in double figures, (to be several weeks later and still no sign of the coat) , I think they would understand that it's been lost somewhere by Royal Mail.

At first, even though it was before black friday, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 8/9 days after I ordered to contact them, I asked for a replacement. "Caitlin" in customer services claimed that despite RM tracking clearly stating 48 hour delivery on the 19th November, it was still "within the time frame", I then sent her proof of the RM tracking followed by ANOTHER further e-mail, which was just ignored.

Last weekend, I became sick of waiting and sent an e-mail just to ask for a full refund. It is absolutely anger inducing that "Caitlin" has once again replied this morning "I am going to contact the courier."

The website has some lovely things, I was planning to make a big order in the new year when I have more spare cash but unfortunately from my experience, It's pot luck whether you'll actually ever receive your order then have to go on a wild goose chase where you'll be largely ignored for weeks just to get your money back.

********Jan 2025 UPDATE**********
After putting in a dispute with the payment provider it was radio silence for a few weeks until I received a random email out of the blue stating they had heard I had lodged a dispute with the payment provider. They then scaremongered me that "these disputes can take up to 70 days to resolve" and urged me to cancel the dispute and they would "get me whatever I needed" I was busy and so didn't reply so imagine a couple of days later, I received an email from Klarna to state that they were satisfied I had never received the item and as such they were refunding in full.

The absolute dirty dogs who run the criminal website that is Styledup had obviously been contacted by Klarna, were unable to show proof that the item has ever reached me and knew Klarna were going to therefore rule in my favour and so made up a fake timescale to get me to drop the case with Klarna so they could keep their money despite me never receiving my coat.

I have still never heard back from Caitlin "getting this checked for me" and "contacting the courier" in early December.

Utterly laughable business, avoid avoid avoid

Bought a coat which was really nice and warm but it ripped really easy with I. Weeks then a few weeks later zip broke. Not good for wear but warm 😟. Sellers not helpful at all as this happened after the 14 days. Really bad service to me.

Really pleased tracking was excellent received really quickly, product was exactly as pictured, very happy.

If I could give no stars I would! These people are scammers I’ve returned an item almost a month ago and even though I’ve got proof of return they still haven’t processed my refund. I have sent lots of emails too. I will never buy anything from them again.

Shocking service! They sent out a faulty item now won’t do anything about it . Not taking into consideration that I can’t get to a shop/post office due to ill health and not been able to drive . Not sent a returns label with the crap item either . So now left £75 down and no money to buy a coat and no coat ! Now ignoring my emails ! DO NOT USE THESE , rude and inconsiderate

I received the wrong coat not only did they get the order wrong they actually didn’t put a return label inside! I had to pay £8.49 today. Then was emailed by a Caitlin saying we sent you the right coat after receiving the picture of what I ordered & not receiving the coat back yet. It may of been sku number label was wrong. Never argue with a customer till you see the actual evidence yourself infact she had the 2 pictures the one I ordered & the one that was sent. She hadn’t bothered to check the pictures. I will never use this company ever again.

I’m really happy with my order. Had free delivery when I bought a black slim-line gilet, and was not a bad quality for the price I paid.

Going into the likes of other store retailers, the price of the products doesn’t match the quality anymore. I feel that styledup are conscious about the quality & price for their customers.

I do understand that everyone has different experiences & hope that styledup did the right thing for those who didn’t have a good experience.

I love love their co-ords lounge wear sets. I have already purchased two sets and received both sets on time and in good order and they look exactly like the pic online. Just lovely hence the four star rating.

As for their dresses, they are very tarty and tacky looking. Their dresses lack class. You can find more sexy dresses with a bit of class elsewhere but I guess it's their target audience that buy their cheap looking dresses.

Ordered a co-ord set and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately it did not suit me so had to return. Full refund was initiated very promptly. Would definitely buy from this retailer again!

DONT BUY!! Received 2 out of 3 of the items I ordered and they expected me to return at my own cost. For a mistake the warehouse made. Refused to send the missing item without me returning the order!!
Terrible customer service - BEWARE!!

1 star is a push😂 Ordered a playsuit from them and took it to a festival a few weeks later but didn’t realise the zip was broken so I emailed them (which they ignored). Couple days later they finally sent their return policy which was 14 days, which I understood I was pass but the dress still had the tag on, it was unworn and I was asking to just exchange for the same as I know sometimes this can happen so I wasnt being unreasonable. They just replied telling me the exact same thing, we was going back and forth and now they’re ignoring me😂 STAY AWAY they are SO rude

AVIOD PLEASE If I could put minus I would what a terrible terrible company. I ordered 5 items for my daughter but 3 didn’t fit so sent them back via Royal Mail tracked and signed for but the company claiming they didn’t receive them back even though I have the delivery and signed for buy a member of staff. The company are determined to say they haven’t received the items when clearly they have and the customer service is appalling they don’t get back to you and you have to badger them constantly so I’ve given up but please avoid this company it’s just not worth the hassle and you are throwing your money away.

If I could put minus 100 stars I would! Without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever ordered from! So angry with myself for not reading reviews.. ordered coat returned as was to small was considering ordering next size up when I got my refund back but after being ignored for a while get a email stating I returned coat in a bad state saying there was oil and white marks on the coat and that it smelled 🤯.. biggest load of bull and they know it!!!
Im not the first customer they have done this to, and from reading trust pilot I’m surprised they are still going… probably because they scam people and lie about the conditions of items returned so they don’t have to refund! If you are a mum like me and on maternity leave and want to treat yourself do NOT do it through this company!

Coat was sent without fur attachment for the hood, granted this was rectified after a few attempts of getting in contact and having to chase this up.
However, the hood isn’t designed correctly and once the fur on, the hood drops forward and covers your eyes! It’s too big and not fit for purpose (plus one of the buttons to attach the hood was missing).
After 3/4 wears, there’s a hole in the pocket due to poor quality stitching. The company are unwilling to do anything about this since it’s gone over the 14 days… I don’t think the fault was aware that it needed to present itself within 2 weeks.
Can’t even be bothered to argue with them - once again, got caught slipping with a cheap, knock-up company and should’ve checked the reviews beforehand. Note to self!
