Never received even confirmation email, it looks like they try to get as much as possible money from customers before their scammed website will be shut down
I never had problem before buying online, but this scammers put me off completely

I just discovered I made a mistake ordering from your company. The mistake I made was not reading reviews before placing an order.

I work very hard for my money and I would not allow a company to scam me and get away with it. Where is my order?

Your website says my order would be received within 5-7 working days and I ordered since on the 26th of August. I have not yet received my order or any update from your company.

IF I DONT GET MY ORDER BY NEXT WEEK, I AM REPORTING YOUR COMPANY TO MASTER CARD AND I AM GOING TO ASK MU BANK TO FORCEFULLY COLLECT MY MONEY FROM YOU

I honestly thought I was scammed as what I've read in the reviews here and the vagueness of the shipment tracking. I ordered last August 15. I was surprised to receive a small package from fedex today. Lo and behold, it was the items I ordered from the site. The items seem original, I mean, who would fake a sunblock from Japan that is around £6 (canmake-that is the original price in Japan) and Cosrx Snail cream (price is almost the same with the Cosrx official store in my homecountry in asia.-£12 ). 4 stars because its the cheapest I could find that ships here in the UK plus I got a free pore minimizing serum sachet. It would have been 5 if not for the 3-week wait.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! My order no. is #BWSVUKA130292774 and i still havent received anything!!!!!! they just gave me fake tracking number which i contacted Fedex and they said they cant track the parcel! Just give me a refund !!!!!!!

I have wrote a review with this site,and then I received a prompt their replying on Aug 16th.But I haven’t still got my order.
It passed over one month since I had ordered.
I asked them it again yesterday,so their answer was same as before (Due to the ongoing developing situation of COVID severity in Hong Kong, we are experiencing higher influx of customer messages.

In addition, there are service interruptions and delays, up to 7 business days, for our warehouse operations.)

This company is a scam, do not buy. I ordered in May and until now I have not received my products. I tried to reach them through customer service several times, and every time they wrote that they were sorry and that they were experiencing troubles with the courier and they would get back to me. Still no sign. It's almost September. No money back. No products.

Placed my order 3 weeks ago. Still not received. Have chased via email and got the Covid message another reviewer received. I'll wait and see whether I get a reply but definitely won't be ordering again from here

Dont buy from them if you need to return they will tell you to send it by air to hong kong.. they have no phone number and they dont reply to emails
