Placed an order for an office chair, but the incorrect gas lift was sent. Tried calling the number on the website and it goes straight to machine message. No one ever seems to be available to speak to on Live Chat- but this seems to be the case only AFTER placing the order. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for the gas lift to turn up, but impossible to get hold of anyone to chase. A stressful purchase.

Excellent products, design and quality wise, at reasonable prices. But more importantly is the outstanding efficiency, and courtesy of the Customer service staff I have been dealing with in several occasions. A big hug to the entire team 🤗

I ordered a chair and they took payment straight away. I did not hear anything so I emailed and got no response I then tried ringing several times but their phone number states that no on is available I have tried numerous times over several days. I emailed twice more to say I wanted to cancel and required a full refund, still nothing. I have had to contact my bank to investigate as I don't know what else to to other that report them to trading standards which I will be doing. Before you buy try calling them! No Instagram presence either or anything else massive warning bells I wish I had looked into them before I parted with my money, big lesson. Beautiful Barcelona chair and footstool finally arrived ..not Stylo’s fault!!The transport of goods in container ships had been disrupted..but definitely worth the wait!!..and thank you to Andy for prompt replies on email keeping me informed.Definitely but here again

Very unprofessional, poor quality product, poor service. At one point I thought they were a scam company.
Tulip chairs were poor quality and expensive, you can get them cheaper on other sites. Unfortunately I was taken in by the quality statements on stylo’s website, but don’t be fooled and go elsewhere! Initially I got only half of my order, I waited for the second half and 2 of the chairs where damaged due to poor packaging. It then took numerous emails and time to finally get the chairs replaced. I just kept getting one line emails back telling me not to worry!

Again, I would say AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

I was afraid of ordering from this site as it's a recent distributor and the prices seemed too good to be true. But I risked it anyway, and have no regrets.

During the shipping (took four days) I was able to communicate with their team and when the chair finally arrived, I was happy: the chair is of good quality, no defects, and I'm sure it's the same as the one I have seen offered for double the price.

Excellent fast delivery, received within 72 hours of purchase. I had a slight problem with the chair however, this was dealt with extremely quickly and a resolution provided in a friendly but efficient manner.

The Chair took a month to arrive (despite having a 4-5 delivery date) it was then sent to the invoice address rather than the shipping address.
Most importantly, it was wrongly described and did not reach the height specified on the website (it was 7cm too short) I wanted to return the chair immediately but they insisted on sending me a replacement higher gas lift. This only raised the chair 2cm higher, still not the correct height.
Despite 12 emails, I heard no response, the telephone number does not work it was only when I threatened to take action, they finally emailed me back and offered to take back the chair.
After that they were very efficient, organised a courier and gave me my full money back. The whole thing took 2.5 months of hassle. I would not recommend this company.

I first placed the order on January 6th, with a 4-5 day delivery date the chair was sent to the wrong address on 6th February. I then discovered it did not reach the required height specified on the website of 57cm only 49cm, I wanted to RETURN the chair immediately but you insisted on sending another gas lift after 2 weeks of correspondence it arrived. I had to pay my joiner to disassemble the chair but realised the new gas lift would only reach 51cm. I need it to be 57cm tall. I have since sent you 10 emails all of which you have ignored.

So happy with our chair! We’re delighted that it arrived within a week and safely packaged and assembled easily.

After waiting 10 weeks for delivery of a chair from another company, who blamed delays on Covid/Brexit, I contacted Stylofurniture and was promised delivery in 4-5 days. The Eames style office chair arrived in just 3 days! It is beautiful and comfortable and I will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended *****
