The Best Customer Service!
I could not recommend Suay Design highly enough. From start to finish their service has been exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. They went over and above to ensure the Memorial Ashes Ring I needed was absolutely perfect and having just received it today (11 days early!) I can say it is. Not only is the product high quality; it is also presented immaculately. Thank you so much to Suay Design, especially Kate, for all of the time and effort that went in to making this ring perfect.

Can’t fault them or their product
I have been dealing with an buying from these beauties for a few years, granted not substantially but still the customer service and friendly and family attitude they offer is the best by far.
I would say always shop local but they are hundreds of miles away from me, yet they never fail to deliver on service.
The products are perfect and as described online and they last.
The customer service, friendly welcome and attitude is the best I’ve experienced and I will always continue to come back for as long as they are in business
If you get the chance buy from these guys as you will be very well looked after
