I received my first-ever wig and absolutely loved it. I had been wanting to buy a platinum blonde wig for years, but didn't know where to buy it and couldn't justify the purchase. Finally, I got the chance when I was invited to a bachelorette party and they wanted to wear wigs out on the town. I did not want a cheap wig on my head and decided I'd invest in a great quality one! Subella was a fantastic option! Not only do they have a wonderful collection, but their customer service is also superb. I can't wait to make another purchase!

My order came surprisingly fast. It was packaged very cute! The hair is beautiful and soft! It even came with a wig cap, pack of nails, lashes, and makeup brushes! I can’t wait to wear it!

I love love the wig I just received, it's my second purchase from them. They shipped the wig fast and it arrived from fedex with no duty or tarrif fees. I purchased the new 300% density curly wig with 4c edges and it was actually 300%! It was the wig that was pictured. No big knots and crazy shedding or smell. They send you free gifts too! I've dealt with customer service in the past and they're so helpful and kind. They're on Tiktok you can watch the process it's so cool!

I’m so happy I bought this wig. I was so scared that I won’t be able to make it look natural on my head, but it was so easy to put on and I didn’t have to do anything to it. This wig is absolutely beautiful and the hair is good quality. I will be purchasing it again. I’ve gotten so many compliments

I don't know how this company has any good reviews!!! I placed an order 2 weeks ago!! No updates passed the confirmation email. Then they send me an email for a review of an order I never received, in Japanese!!! I had to do AI search to see it was a review. I figure since it was tracked through Shop, it was legit. Sent two email inquiring about my order. It's been a week and no response. I look on shop app today and my order is no longer there. I did tell them to refund my money in second email and I will spend elsewhere; however, I haven't even received a cancelation email for my refund!!! This is a horrible company!!!

The hair is soft, true to length and has no smell. It looks very natural and is easy to style.I would certainly buy again...love it!

I was hesitant to order from Rome Italy. However, my wig shipped and arrived quicker than I expected. This was a pleasant relief. My hair arrived just as I expected and looked and felt beautiful and soft.

I bought a curly wig and love the curly 4c edges. The wig came much earlier than expected and came with so many lovely, unexpected gifts!

I have washed and conditioned the hair and it comes out lovely. No weird smells and I dyed it and there was no shedding.

I have had many wigs but none of my units wigs could come close to this one, I LOVE THE snug fit, small cap size, skin like HD lace, and texture of hair is so soft bouncy moves with me. Best purchase I have made I’m definitely gonna to buy more in bulk as I will forever need them because of medical reasons. I love this WIG!!!

Great hair out of the box however I ordered a body wave and I think this is more like a water wave and nothing like the picture. I saw other people upload pictures that looked like the right wig and others looked different. The hair texture was supposed to be yaki straight but this is more Brazilian texture. They probably just sent anything tbh.

This is not my first time ordering from this company. I love every unit that I’ve received from here.

I ordered a beautiful curly wig and they got lost in the mail. Actually, I believe it was delivered to a different state when I talked to Customer Service. They immediately responded and sent me a new one that came relatively fast. I let them know I was traveling and I really wanted that wig for my travel and it made it to me three days ahead of time and when I received it, I was impressed and I continue to be impressed. It’s a beautiful, beautiful wig and I will buy from them again
