First time I have used Suburban Bottle Store, very impressed. Great range of wines and found the one I was specifically looking for. Delivery was speedy and the packaging absolutely excellent. Will be using them again, recommended.

Pro-active customer service.
Impressed with their pro-active customer service. I ordered the same thing twice by mistake and shortly afterwards received an e-mail asking if I had intended to do this and if I wanted to cancel the second order. In the end I kept the second order but it was good of them to check so quickly.

Outstanding service support
Ordered 6 bottles of champagne at a very reasonable price and the courrier messed up. The service support could not have been more helpful and arranged a replacement, delivered to the door almost the next day and arranged the return of the original shipment.
