We just love these service awards for our employees. They're elegant but simple, just enough. We're using one color (blue) for 10-year awards and another color (red) for 15-year awards. In one case we gave a blue award for 15 years because the employee preferred the blue after seeing someone else's award. It's just nice to have choices.
