One of 12 curtains has a grommet that came apart ,I would like a replacement. But all in all curtains are working well.
The panel that is damaged is 52×96 cream color.

I have been searching for some time, and SUCHOUTDOOR provided the exact custom outdoor curtain product I needed! I requested communication prior to the order, and it was timely and helpful, and the order is PERFECT - and the price did not break the bank! We will be a returning customer for sure! No regrets!

I Ordered these outdoor curtains last year. They looked nice for about 3 weeks, but then faded completely due to UV light, despite being sold for outdoor use/fade resistant. They are now completely discolored and look terrible. Even worse, Such Outdoor has completely ghosted me-no response to multiple emails.
Updated review: After I posted this review, the company contacted me and sent replacement curtains under warranty, which I appreciate.

My original experience was that the first set faded significantly within weeks, and my earlier attempts to resolve the issue directly did not receive a response. I am updating this review to reflect that the company did provide a replacement after escalation.

I am leaving this as an updated review, rather than deleting it, so it reflects both the original concern and the company’s eventual response. I will continue to monitor how the replacement curtains perform, particularly with continued sun exposure, and may update this review further based on durability.I appreciate the company’s willingness to honor their warranty

The measure of a company's service isn't when it all goes to plan, its when something goes wrong. The color in my "made to order" outdoor curtains delivery was incorrect. The outstanding service from Lisa in rectifying, and an expedited delivery of the correct curtains made the problem nothing more than a hiccup.
When I couldn't find a cell number to phone the company, only and email, I was dubious about getting timely assistance. However Lisa responded promptly (to every email and question), was eager to assist and kept me appraised of status and delivery time of my replacement curtains. Well done Lisa.
