I have just received my order for the medical device below, Bikenda Smart Multifunction Laser Glucometer from Sucreat, however, the model supplied is not the one shown on the box and is incapable of measuring blood glucose level as advertised, you will observe that the advertising on the box shows blood glucose being measured and accurately displayed in mmol/l again the device supplied is incapable of measuring this clinical indication.
As a registered Clinical Engineer for 42 years within the NHS i was very interested to review this new "Laser" breakthrough technology in the measurement of Blood Glucose as the main role of my Clinical Engineering team was to calibrate and evaluate all Medical Devices that arrived in our Hospital and recommend them for Clinical use, this particular model would not pass our evaluation. However it does perform within specification for the testing of SPO2 though as a Pulse Oximeter.

Scam! Bank refunded.

Ordered products via Facebook, money paid .. no confirmation except through "Shop" which has stated since 8 December when I placed the order that it is being "processed". BEWARE and do not buy or place any orders with them. I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot prior to my ordering with them.

I ordered product online on Facebook. First, the company charged me more than in invoice. After a few complains with the bank support they refunded the overpaid difference. But I cannot get the products I paid for shipped and the company doesn’t react on my emails. Don’t order from them, otherwise you will end up being in my shoes. No products, no refunds, no reaction from customer support

Total scammers ordered item never came customer service no communication at all ripped of also trust pilot twice when they have been involved got ripped off no I don’t trust them stay away from both how can you give them nearly 3 stars and all negative review

these people at all ... they harass you constantly emails .. telling you you still have item in your basket. The delivery notes come in Chinese when you ask for it to be translated you get ignored. 3 weeks to receive the item . Total cost would be around £2 per set NO INSTRUCTIONS .. I didn't even take them out the package. I asked for a refund. Got ignored..a waste of money .. !!!SCAMERS!!!£37 could get the same crap on temu for a couple of £..

These people are scammers. Avoid at all cost. I've been conned out of money. If I had my way scammers would get locked up for a long time. Scum of the earth!

Scammers - no response to query. Different amount taken to that on invoice, tracking link also a scam tries to charge for info. Advertised as made in uk but tracking info in Chinese - avoid
