Suffolk Latch Company Ltd Opiniões

Wow. I’m so impressed with this company. I ordered monkey tail window stays on Friday and they arrived the next morning. The quality is also very good. So 10/10

Great antique brass knobs from Suffolk Latch company. Looks great and completely transformed some refurbished chest of drawers. When one of the knobs was sent with a double thread and couldn't be attached they sent out another no questions asked. Appreciate the quality service.

I ordered some brackets from this company, which were under half the price of others and arrived next day, very efficient and fast delivery. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future

Excellent service, quick
Purchased brass door numbers really smart.

Ordered some items from this company. I made some special requests which they were very amenable to. Their communication was excellent and they also reached out to me without prompting to make sure I hadn’t made a silly mistake with my order. Very well done. Will certainly use again

I have ordered from the company before (about 4 years ago) but this time I wanted a handle and lock. As I wasn't 100% sure which lock to used I decided to call first. I spoke to a very nice lady who guided me through the lock an handle choice and where to find them on their web page. This was Friday 20th March am.

I ordered the handles and lock just after the call via their web site. Sunday 22nd AM the package arrived, I wasn't expecting the delivery to be that quick.

All fitted, looks good and works well.

Would I use then them again yes. Very impressive.

Fantastic customer service -huge thanks to Kate who responded to my questions quickly and helped us with shipping to the Isle of Man. The product themselves are a great quality and look fantastic in our period home. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service the antique brass beehive knobs are great quality and arrived within 2 days. Communication was excellent. I’ll definitely order again from them.

Refinished a old piece of furniture and needed to replace hinges and latches. We were more then impressed with the finished look. The latches and hinges we purchased were perfect! Will definitely buy again from this company. Very satisfied with product and communications.

Excellent quality and service from Suffolk Latch Company. I’m replacing the doors in my 800-year-old cottage and their latches, hinges, handles and catches have all been beautifully made and perfectly suited to its character. Every item feels solid, well-finished and thoughtfully sourced, with real attention to traditional style and detail. It’s a pleasure to find a company that offers such a consistent range of quality ironmongery, backed up by prompt, reliable service and careful presentation. My only small suggestion would be to use paper tape so the packaging is fully recyclable. A thoroughly dependable company and a joy to order from - highly recommended.

Great! The hooks were exactly as described on the website and fast delivery, would recommend this company.

Website is easy to use, the prices were reasonable and the quality on receipt was high. Ordering was simple and that what came as a pleasant surprise was how efficient the delivery was. Constantly kept up to date, well packaged and very happy with our two deliveries now.

We purchased some door latches from the Warwick Door Handles on Backplates range. They are comfortable to use with a nice feel and the profile of the handles is just what we had been looking for.
We needed our order quickly because of the unexpected sudden availability of the joiner and the people at this company made special arrangements to see that it was sent directly to us from the manufacturers by the next working day. Highly recommend this company on the strength of this experience.

I ordered some lovely bee hive handles from the Suffolk latch company and they arrived beautifully packaged and of excellent quality. Great communication, quick delivery and quality product. Thank you!

I have purchased products from Suffolk Latch co on Many Occasions,The products and service are excellent.
Fantastic company.

Whilst I cannot fault the products at all as they are great quality and lovely looking, I do feel somewhat cheated in that the antique brass door furniture that we ordered was a well-known brand (which there is absolutely no mention of anywhere on the SLC site) and not their own. The website itself makes it sound like the products are specifically crafted and unique, so you are willing to spend a little more for better quality. Imagine my surprise when the box arrives and it is the same boxes I already have at home, just 20% more expensive. Save your money and buy them somewhere else (they will probably arrive quicker too!) unless you are looking for something very specific unique.

Before purchasing this latch catch, listed as suitable for windows, cupboards and attic hatches, I contacted Suffolk Latch to confirm that the item I wanted would be suitable for an attic hatch.
As the answer was "Yes", I went ahead with the order; including the rather expensive delivery cost of £6.75.
It arrived promptly, only for me to find that there was absolutely no way that this was going to be suitable.
I then emailed Suffolk Latch again, with photos of my hatch cover, asking for more advice. After a week there has not been any response.
If I return it, I will have spent nearly as much on p&p as the £15 cost of the latch itself.
So, whilst this is a good quality item, the outcome has been extremely disappointing.

I have used SLC twice for domestic projects. I thought their products were very high quality, and outstanding value. I have also received excellent customer support. All round an excellent company I will continue to recommend to others.
