Because it was such a great experience, I have since given the gift of Sugarwish to a colleague for her birthday! It will be my go-to gift for any occasion.

I love the new curated gift sets! Sent them to all my family members over the holiday season and everyone loved what they picked.

I live abroad while all of my family and friends are back in the US. Sugarwish is my go-to way to send them gifts for their birthdays. It is super easy for me to quickly celebrate them without having to buy and ship something myself! And I've always gotten great feedback from them. Especially on the cookies - yum :)

Cutest gift options and so easy to order!

I received a package of 8 varieties of mixed nuts for my birthday. The presentation and packaging was great, however many of the nuts were stale and ruined the whole experience.

Value for money seems questionable. For $125 I get to buy two dozen brownies which I can buy in a store for $12. I get they are nicely packed but even so, I would rather receive the cash. No refunds are available, only repurposing for another recipient. Truly, as giver or receiver I don't think this offering provides anything unique or valuable.

Package lost and 2 customer service reps. lied that it be resent and would arrive before Christmas. Never reshipped. Ordered a pre-picked package 12/7 & was adivsed would arrive in 4 - 6 days. On 12/8 Sugarwish provided USPS tracking link. On 12/10 departed USPS regional facility in Denver CO. On 12/14 link showed moving to next facility. On 12/17 link still showing moving to next facility (appears to be lost) so called and customer service rep. agreed after looking at the tracking that it looked like the package was lost. They said they would reship and it would arrive the latest 12/24. They would send an email. Email with details never arrived. Called on 12/18 and told was being picked and would ship that day and would arrive in 2 days. An email would be sent. 12/19 no email called but no customer support on Saturday. At that point contacted credit card company because they clearly lied about sending the replacement. I realize not their fault USPS lost (poor choice of shipper), but both reps lied about reshipping. I could have made alternative arrangements.

Received a gift of 6 different candies on 12/24/2025. 3 of the 6 were stale. They were probably expired but no way to tell as there is no expiration dates.

Example, gummies were so hard that when I tapped them on the counter they made a clicking noise. They were not soft at all.

I contacted Sugarwish on 12/24 and they sent me an email to pick out new candy.
I put my replacement order in on 12/25.

It’s now 1/7/2026 and my replacement items have yet to be shipped.

While the packaging is really cool the overall experience was very disappointing. Paying that much for a cookie with no flavor, poor texture and fell apart out of the packaging. For that price I would rather go out and purchase some Oreo's that will not fall apart in milk.

I love gifting Sugarwish. My friends and family get to pick exactly what they want. It's a double treat, really, because the recipient is notified of their gift that they select, then when it does arrive it's beautifully packaged in a teal and red gift box! The quality of the candy and treats is superb.

Sugarwish has been a huge supporter of LOLA'S Rescue and always donate gifts for us to auction off! We love all there stuff and the employees! They are so generous and thoughtful 💕

I received these as a gift and it was so easy to redeem the gift card. There were so many fun options to choose from and everything I selected (cookies) was fresh and DELICIOUS!!

Received a gift card from a family member for my birthday in August. I ordered my items and never received them. Waste of money. I will never order this business again or recommend to others.

I ordered a Sugarwish gift a week ago for a friend who is going through a rough time. I've not heard from the person, so can only assume they didn't receive the gift email. I've reached out to their info and support emails 3 times asking if the gift has been sent/received with NO response. I'll be disputing the charge with my CC company since the gift was not received and customer support can't bother to respond...

UPDATE: support reached out to me after seeing my review. There was apparently a technical issue that prevented my emails from reaching them. The gift has since been received.

I received an amazing gift from a friend allowing me to choose a piece of jewelry. I received my bracelet yesterday and I absolutely love it. I will always remember how I felt when I saw the message. It made my day!! Thank you 😊😊😊

As a company, we've been using Sugarwish for years for birthdays and as prizes for employee engagement events. These are always appreciated and a good way to supplement a celebration. Honestly, even as we've needed to scale down our needs, the Sugarwish team has always been so willing to work with us and help bring a little magic to the team. Highly recommend if you're looking to send little treats to work colleagues or loved ones.

A couple of years ago, a vendor sent me a holiday gift from Sugarwish. I loved the ability to choose my own gift and my whole family was excited about the pepper- bacon jam and the hot mustard I picked. I use Sugarwish now for my client appreciation gifts and employee birthday and employee holiday gifts. It is easy and fast for me and people seem to really like the selection process and the gift delivery in those great looking boxes. Win-win. I highly recommend.
