Company gifted us Sugarwish for the holidays two weeks before Christmas. It's my first time using it so I thought the business was a clever & cool idea-was excited to try it out & picked 2 different cookie flavors to have delivered.

Got my confirmation email after placing the order, but no tracking information. Christmas comes & goes and still nothing so I reach out to support. After some 'please wait a few more days in case the tracking information is sent' nonsense they finally say 'we're sorry but one of the flavors you picked is on backorder, so we need you to pick another one & reprocess your whole order.'

All right, it's the holidays so they're busy & probably in high demand, I'll give them another shot. So I pick two other flavors & reprocess like they ask... And again I get a confirmation but no tracking. It takes yet another email & almost a week of waiting before I get a tracking number for these two(2) cookies.

The cookies have arrived today (January 11)! And they are... not the flavors I picked on either the first nor second order, and they're stale and taste pretty bad. They look & taste like they were purchased at the local grocer, repacked into individual plastics, and then shipped out in fancy Sugarwish boxes. Would not recommend to friends or enemies. Sorry, not sorry.

The company that I work for, has given us Sugarwish gifts for the last three years, for up to $50. The first year I ordered the cookies, which were stale. You can also see many other reviews stating the same. Last year I chose the wine option, which allowed me to pick two bottles of wine, and honestly I cannot remember if they were good or bad. This year I chose the wine again, however, I was only able to chose ONE bottle instead of two. When I looked up the wine, it shows it is selling for $15, and it only scores an 86, along with a terrible description on the taste. I personally think that this company is a huge ripoff, and next year will recommend that my company just give us a $50 Amazon gift card, at least, then I can get something worth the money.

I complained to Sugar Wish and they apologized and offered me a consolation gift. I chose a gardenia soy wax candle - this option is available with their $47 gift offer that I originally received as a holiday gift from someone.

Again, the delivery is advertised within 7 days and was delayed by nearly 1 week.

The 16oz candle is from Penn and Beech and sells for $36 on their website. Gardenia candles are a favorite of mine and I have bought them from many different vendors using a variety of wax types and scent sources. I would not ever recommend this candle as its scent has a slight, chemical aspect. The company does not list ingredients or their sources.

So, even though Sugarwish did the right thing by offering to cure my offense, my disappointment continues.

I would not recommend this company because of their product offerings.

After waiting for over 2 weeks for a Sugarwish Medium Wine Tasting for $47 that was given as a gift (NOTE: Unless you KNOW what kind of wine someone likes, do NOT buy them wine - give them a gift certificate to their wine merchant), this TINY box arrives by UPS with TINY, screwtop bottles of wine (that I would never have chosen but I had to pick something to honor this "gift.")

What a rip-off! For $47, I could hvae purchased 3 bottles of good wines that I like via my wine club where I get discounts on purchases!

If you waste your time on this, KNOW that the receiver is going to be very, very disappointed. And the wines are absolutely revolting...

I ordered the cookies three weeks ago. And I just received my cookies today 1.8.2025. I had the M&M Snickerdoodle and it was bad. Snickerdoodle should be light in color too but was very dark like over baked.
Tasted it and was like eating a bowl of sugar by itself and also tasted like it had raisins in it which I can't stand raisins and stale tasting. I had to throw it out! Pretty disappointing for such an expensive cookie and not good simple ingredients.

I was looking forward to get the cookies and thought was going to be really good but nope....definitely will not recommend it others

Got a gift card. Placed the order 3 days before Christmas, and got it on Jan 5. What's a joke. Not to mention the high cost. You are kidding me, for $50s?!. Yeah, the package was good, with content worth $10?

I received my sugar wish from my employer as a gift for 10 yrs of service. One small handful of stale m&m's. Should have ordered directly from m&m site. Cheaper and fresh. Also 8 pieces of Dad rootbeer candy. If I owned Sugar Wish I would be ashamed of myself charging so much. What a joke.

I've used Sugariwish many times to send both to friends and business colleagues. It's easy to use, and I love that we can customize which products to send. Sugarwish is my go-to gift now!

I have sent 10-15 Sugarwish gifts for the last 2 years. I send to all 3 of my kids in college and now that they have jobs of their own. My kids look forward to ordering and receiving their gifts. It lets them know that although they are out of the house we are still thinking of them. The candy is always a hit. I have sent spa gifts for teacher appreciation gifts and flowers and plants for birthdays and new jobs. They all come fresh and create excitement to the recipient. I love sending Sugarwish.

Sugarwish continues to be my go to gift giving item! The company is first class from start to finish.
The quality of their products, the presentation and the ease of giving makes Sugarwish a no brainer!
