Be wary of buying from this website

Be wary of buying from this website. Returns are very expensive at £15! You have to return to EU although the website ends .co.uk.

Very poor, deceptive almost. There is no mention of the hefty returns although they probably covered themselves by adding them to the smallprint.

Definite Avoid.

Never again!

Received an order of 3 products on 23-4-2026. Returned them the same day. On 24-4-2026 I received an email that they had received a package. They gave the money back of 1 of the 3 products. I reached out to them on 19-5-2026 asking where the rest of my money is. They let me know that it's still in progress and will be ready in couple of days. I waited two more days and reached out to them today again. I have let them know that on their website they say it can take up to 14 days untill you get your money back. It has been 19 WORKING days and still nothing. How is it possible that 3 items that have been returned on the same day, have so much difference in payback? One has been paid back on 8-5-2026 and the other one still have to be paid back. Never again!

Update: almost 24 days since they received my return and still nothing. If I contact customer service they reply with an email that it could take a couple of days. As I said earlier: do not order here, never!

For the answer below me: I’ve contacted you and you gave 0 updates. Only saying every time that it can take a couple of days. Thieves!

Normally, when multiple items are returned together, they should also be processed together. We understand how confusing it is that one item was refunded while the other two are still pending. Unfortunately, without your order number or personal details, we are unable to check what exactly caused this delay.

Man 81 kg, 1,81 lengte , normaal postuur met een klein beetje buik. De grote lengte bevalt mij heel goed. Zeer snelle levering en een faire prijs voor dit kwaliteits product.

Doesn't Want to Resolve UK Returns Issue

After reading all the negative reviews about the problematic returns process, from the UK, I decided to reach out to the company.

I simply emailed if there were any plans to make their products available on an online marketplace, such as Zalando, where the return process would be simpler and cheaper.

A few days later, crickets…

REPLY:

Well, things go from bad to worse...

1) Your chat feature doesn't work (and I tried it with three different browsers).

2) The email you supplied bounced back with delivery failure within minutes.

3) I then sent a quick email to your co.uk domain email (like last time) and, once again, crickets.

4) You never bothered addressing the possibility of selling through another website like Zalando.

It's a real shame, as there were a couple of products that I was interested in, but it's simply not worth the risk.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to read that you did not receive a reply to your email, that is of course not the service we aim to provide.

For returns from the UK and other countries, we work together with Returnless to make the return process easier and more transparent for our international customers. Customers can register their return through their Suitable account, after which they are guided directly to Returnless to create a more affordable return label. The required customs documents are included automatically and, once the parcel has been handed over, the return shipment can be fully tracked by us within the system as well.

We understand how important a clear and affordable return process is when ordering online.

As we only have your first name from the review, we have unfortunately not been able to trace your email. We would therefore appreciate it if you could contact us directly via customerservice@suitableshop.co.uk, through the chat on our website, or by phone on 020 3885 0277, so we can look into this further with you.

We also understand your frustration regarding the lack of response through the other contact attempts. Unfortunately, we have not been able to trace your earlier emails on our side.

Ik had een overhemd per ongeluk in de…

Ik had een overhemd per ongeluk in de droger gedaan, dus kwam er twee maten kleiner uit. Latere studie leerde mij, niet in de droger staat duidelijk op het etiket en ook op de website van het product. Dus een fout geheel aan mijzelf te wijten!
Zonder enig probleem heeft de klantenservice mij een nieuw overhemd gezonden. Wat een geweldige service, dikke 10+
