service was ok
service was ok, the courier company DPD lied about not being able to deliver on several occasions. eventually delivered it 2 days late, they did not put a return label in the box so it delayed sending it back, but they still want to charge me a late fee. they also got the shirt size completely wrong and i had to go out and buy one.

Thanks for your feedback.
You selected a delivery date of 18 March. To ensure this was met, we dispatched your order early, and it was onboard with DPD for delivery on 17 March. You then updated the delivery date via DPD’s portal to the 18th, in line with your selected date.
When the parcel went out for delivery on the 18th, DPD were unfortunately unable to complete delivery as the shipping label had been damaged in transit. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we upgraded your delivery to a before 12pm service on 19 March, when it was successfully delivered.
In relation to the shirt, only one size is included per order, and a 3XL was selected at checkout.
Regarding your return, no late fees have been charged and indeed a return label was included in your order which you ended up using to return. We can see your order was returned on 27 March, and we also provided an additional day as a gesture of goodwill.
We understand this experience was impacted by the courier issue, but we did take steps to ensure you received your order as quickly as possible.

Excellent Service and Perfect Fit
I needed a pink suit for a wedding as part of the bridal party. Suitor was very quick to respond to my questions about sizing and gave great advice regarding their optional add-on for the next size up or down.
The suit arrived well in advance of the date I provided, and the initial sizing was excellent, so I didn’t need to wear the size up. Both suit options arrived clean and with no odor.
The return process was also easy and stress-free.

Perfect for my Casino Royal themed ball
I needed a suit for a Casino Royal - themed ball. Suitor had several suitable suits for hire at a reasonable price. The process to hire the suit was simple and efficient. The suit arrived as described and delivery was as expected. The suit itself was classically fitted and comfortable. I had several compliments on its quality and finish. The return process was faultless and I was given text updates to confirm its safe return. I would recommend Suitor to my friends and family and will use them again when I need to hire a suit for a formal function.

Good service
After submitting my usual sizing I was advised by Sebastian an alternative sizing per the weight and height that I had filled out. The adjustments fit like a dream and look very smart. There was a delay in the delivery per issues with DPD and I was nervous that it wouldn’t deliver in time. Sebastian was instant in communication making sure that I would get the tux delivered in time, monitoring the situation with DPD.
Notably attentive and good service, much appreciated. Tux looks great.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service over live chat. Unfortunately, had to cancel my order as wedding attire plan changed. Spoke to Ezekiel who not only resolved my issue immediately but as a gesture of goodwill only charged me £5 cancellation after my email was not picked up within the correct time window. Would recommend Suitor and I'll use them again in the future.

The Best Place to Hire a Suit
Suitor provided the best service I could have imagined. I was late in hiring the suit allowing only 2 days to get to me which required delivery to a separate state, and I was so worried I wouldn't get it on time. It looked like there may have been an issue due to my rural location, however, the team contacted me and arranged for me to pick it up from an outlet where customers aren't usually allowed to pick up parcels.
The opportunity to pay a small fee to receive another Jacket and pair of Trousers in case the sizing was wrong was worth it - but not needed. I also hired shoes, and a shirt! Everything was in perfect and did not look used! Certainly recommended!

All's well that ends well...
Purchased a suit for an event. Didn't quite get the right size. Returned the order and subsequently placed a completely separate order for a different package of suit. Had a few teething issues but these were all sorted out - thank you.
Suit quality in itself was good, comfortable to wear and suitable for the event.

What an amazing service for an amazing price
What an amazing service. I was stressing so much about picking the perfect suit for my daughters wedding, then getting it tailored to fit and all that extra cost.

Suit Hire Made Easy
I had planned to drop into a formal wear shop to collect a suit for the event, but they’re not as common as they used to be. My co-host suggested I try Suitor instead.
I looked them up online, found exactly what I needed, and 24 hours later the suit arrived at my door — and it fitted perfectly. I even took the $10 option for a second suit, just in case I had my measurements wrong, but the first one was spot-on.
