We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the fabric and your initial experience, and we apologise for the frustration caused. We always aim to provide high-quality products and professional customer service, so we’re disappointed to hear this feedback. As outlined in our returns policy, certain discounted items are eligible for exchange or gift card rather than a refund, and this information is clearly provided at checkout. We’re really sorry to hear about the delay with your order, that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We completely understand your frustration, especially as you paid for next-day delivery and needed your items for your holiday.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected surge in demand during this period, some orders have experienced dispatch delays. That said, this shouldn’t have affected a next-day delivery, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We’ve now refunded your £6 next-day delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill, and we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
