Ordered piano with stool as per the description but received without a stool. Messaged the supplier and I was told that the piano came to him without a stool and just neglected to removed it from the description. He said he’ll check if he still got extra stool and will get back to me but no update after that. ☹️

Update: supplier sent a brand new stool. Thank you for keeping your word.

We sent the business owner a message to enquire about a piano that was advertised. Communication was very prompt and an appointment was quickly arranged to view. The piano was in great condition and as advertised... probably even better than we were expecting. We are first time buyers and we are learning a new instrument as a family. It looked like the Technics piano had been sold, but I sent Sulinda an email to check. Even though it was outwith business hours I received a quick response to let me know the piano was still available. I tried to pay by credit card, but the transaction didn't go through (confirmed by Sulinda - the fault was mine), but I managed to pay through PayPal - success! I was very appreciative that despite the time now being after 22.00 I received confirmation that everything was in order. Delivery was arranged very promptly, but Storm Eowyn caused a delay. However, the re-scheduled delivery worked brilliantly. A very positive experience in every respect, with a good digital piano at a very good price.
