The piano was just as advertised, a little dusty from the warehouse but in good conditions. The delivery drivers were around 4 hours later than the slot they gave me, due to heavy traffic. But otherwise, it was a good experience.

I emailed Sulinda with an enquiry quite late in the evening, and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a detailed response less than fifteen minutes later. The electronic piano that I ordered was exactly as described, and very well-wrapped prior to shipping, with delivery arranged for a Saturday as requested. The delivery company kept me updated with regular texts and emails giving tracking information, and the delivery men were very careful when installing the piano. Overall, a very positive experience.
I would definitely recommend Sulinda to anyone considering purchasing an electronic piano.
