Dear Sultan’s Restaurant Management,
Dear Sultan’s Restaurant Management,
I would like to make a complaint about the way I was treated by one of your employees during my visit to your restaurant at Kiel Hauptbahnhof.
While I was eating, some food accidentally fell onto the table. This was an accident. Instead of responding professionally and politely, the employee spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner and called me “hayvan”, which means “animal” in Turkish.
I found this extremely insulting and humiliating. I understand that accidents can happen in a restaurant, but there is no acceptable reason for an employee to insult a customer in this way.
I would therefore like the management to take this incident seriously and investigate what happened. I also expect employees who deal with customers to treat them with basic respect and professionalism.
I would appreciate a response from the management regarding this incident and what action will be taken.
Kind regards,
Masood
