My long awaited order has arrived!!
My Palaye Royale record has arrived today 6 months after ordering in perfect condition. Sumerian have had a nightmare with their supplier which was an issue out of their control. They always replied to my emails throughout to keep me updated and assured me it would arrive. I’m so happy to finally get my order I’ve given them a positive review and I hope they can recover trust now that the warehouse is up and running again. I’ve ordered a few times previously and they’ve always been reliable before this happened. Hopefully everyone who’s been waiting will also receive their orders soon.

Ordered a CD over a month ago, received an order confirmation and nothing since.
They won't respond to emails, nothing.
Ripped off completely.

absolutely awful, I am waiting for my order 1 year after palcing, another order they say it was delivered but theydont bother FOICKING checking which were shipped and which werent!!!! OMG GOD IN HEAVEN HELP ME!!!!!! CHRIST!!!! HELP ME!!~!!

Ordered in December and still no…
Ordered in December and still no delivery on multiple orders. Tried to merge orders but no response. Customer service boomerang to another email address which gets ignored yet their main site refers to the original so going into full loop. Would recommend to avoid where possible!!! Scammers beware.

No delivery for several months, either excuses or promises that it will be sent soon if you email, but nothing happens, or no response at all. A company you should avoid.

They take payment but don't fulfill orders and cease all communication once they get paid
Made an order roughly a month ago, there has been zero communication since the confirmation email. They also won't respond to any emails or requests for a refund.
Their social media is inundated with comments warning other not to buy from them and asking why they aren't responding to emails or giving people tjeir products.Look at their Instagram comments or any reddit about them.
If this happens to you, dispute your payment and report them for internet crime. What they are doing is illegal and their customers complaining clearly isn't enough to make it stop.
The IC3.gov site needs to get reports of this kind of thing so there can be a clear record of what's going on and legal consequences.
