The website is legit but the customer…

The website is legit but the customer service agents are terrible. I ordered over $100 worth of products this year and they said they’ll give me a tote bag. When the shipment came the tote bag was poor quality and the logo was stitched upside down. I contacted support to get a replacement and they were quick at responding but they started lying on their policy saying

“ The mini tote bags are sent as a sealed surprise, and all details—including color or logo orientation—are part of that experience. Exchanges or replacements aren’t available for these items.” this is false since i received a replacement for another tote 6 months ago due to it being shipped with stains on it and summer Fridays never advertised the tote bags as it may come with mishaps on the bag.

This specific agent refused to help and support has been ignoring my email for the past week. I will never buy products from them again

They send you the wrong product and keep your money

I ordered a crewneck from their merch vault and I received the wrong size. I have reached out numerous times and I have not received a response. I got an automated message that my inquiry would be escalated. I filed a claim asking for a replacement and instead received a store credit. I feel that if you cannot offer me the product I paid for in the correct size you should be refunding back to my credit card and not a gift card. I looked up the phone number online and was told to email. I have sent at least 4 emails - I don't think anyone is going to get back to me. Anytime I have contacted their customer service it has been absolutely terrible. They need to hire an entire new team and take accountability. AI generated responses for escalated situations and lack of human engagement is extremely unprofessional.

Customer service is absolutely terrible! I ordered to the wrong address and contacted them directly after I ordered it asking to cancel the order or change the address, they said they would cancel the order then never did and now saying they can’t do anything about it. Absolutely terrible brand! Do not order from them!!

Very bad packaging

Pink Sugar Lip Butter smells like plastic

Used most of their lips butters and really liked them, just used the pink sugar and is smells plasticky.

Contacted them to see if this is normal or if I could have a faulty one but just fobbed off.

Really disappointing with how much they cost. Would not be buying again

Despite multiple inquiries, their customer service claimed the order was delivered, which it was not. They have not provided a refund or sent a replacement.
Extremely poor service. Be far from this company. Never buy from them."

Placed my order on 2/15, still has not shipped as of 3/1

Placed my order on 2/15. On 2/20 they generated a shipping label with the post office. On 2/21 USPS was still awaiting arrival of the items from Summer Fridays so that they could ship them out. On 2/26 I reached out to Summer Fridays and was told on 2/28 that the post office is no longer scanning at each destination. However, Summer Fridays STILL has not even originated the shipping of my order. It is now 3/1. Still has not shipped. Also, this is all with the US! My daughter and I love the product but I am beginning to doubt I will ever receive it! Won’t order again!

Lip balm fan but not for this 😑

I got the cherry summer Fridays lip balm and I used it 4 times and it was already like 2/3 empty! I got one of those scanner apps that rate the skincare/food an dot rated it 0… 0/100! You pay a lot for something that isn’t even good for you’re lips?! Very overpriced as well you can get nice trendy lip balms, better quality for cheaper.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM

They truly deserve 0 stars. This company is a complete scam. I ordered over $150 worth of products on December 28th. I was told it would take 1-2 business days to process. It is now a week later and there are no updates to my order. Like most who have reviewed, I tried contacting customer support DURING business hours via phone and email and was informed that it was past business hours??? I need my order ASAP.

Poor delivery and customer service

I received an email asking for a reveiw of my product which I have not received yet. I called customer service and was told it was not during business hours....it WAS in fact during business hours as posted. Then I was hung up on. I called back numerous times and was hung up on every time.
I do NOT recommend ordering from this company.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever encountered from a company. They do not respond and it seems like everyone has issues with their shipping. They are constantly posting on social media and interacting with good comments but should be acknowledging the bad ones to help resolve. Was so excited to receive my first order from them but am now advising friends not to order from them.

Terrible Experience with Summer…

Terrible Experience with Summer Fridays. I made an order on 26th Jan 2024 which never arrived. It was supposedly returned after one delivery attempt as nobody was home - I was in fact home waiting when the delivery was supposedly attempted.
I contacted them regarding a refund and heard back after a week to say it would be processed shortly. Almost 1 month later and I'm still $165 down and still not heard anything else back from customer services.
I would never order from this company again.

Unhelpful customer service

I placed an order for my birthday gift. They cancelled my order claiming that it was marked as fraud and customer service didn't provide any reason or resolution. They didn't provide any instructions for re-ordering or provide another birthday gift code because the codes are one-time use.

I placed an order on 1/28/24

I placed an order on 1/28/24. I received an email confirmation stating they received my order. On 1/31/24, I received another email saying my package was ready to ship and that USPS tracking may be delayed by 3 days. It’s now 2/8/24 and my package has still not shipped. I searched high and low for a phone number because no one ever answers the one online. I actually found the phone number to the person who I think is the CEO. He was quite nice and did put someone in touch with me via email but all they told me was that USPS wasn’t scanning packages. I have no way of knowing if my order has shipped or not. According to the tracking number, it has not. I’ll be filing a dispute with my bank to obtain a refund. I would highly advise against ordering from this company.
