Hi Garry,
Your order was processed within one business day. Unfortunately you ordered on the start of a weekend in which UPS is closed. Even if it went out on Friday you would have received it by the end of Wednesday instead of Thursday when it shipped on Monday. The average shipping time is about 3 business days for your location. Your package was processed and shipped within a reasonable time frame.

Finally found a toy similar to my dogs…
Finally found a toy similar to my dogs favorite! The old one is in rough shape and they don’t make it anymore. She loves it so much and I found this on summers paw. Great site, quick shipping and now we have a back up!

Box of food consistently arrives before expected delivery date and in excellent condition. The wrapping paper they use is a nice touch as well. The quality of food is always excellent as well.

We love KONG!
We ordered two KONG Wubba Boa Teaser Cat Toys -- one for each of our cats. We had one that they played with so much, there's very little left of it! It was well-loved, for sure!
We have been very pleased with the new ones -- our girls love them! I'm glad I found them on your website!

Hi Colleen, Sorry to hear about your unfortunate check out experience. You may not have clicked the "Complete Order" button and thus, this resulted in your multiple tries. Our PayPal option does work as all of our other PayPal customers have never had a problem with it. It is a great payment option that our customers have always had and continue to have a great experience using it.
