I am writing this review to formally express my deep frustration regarding the recent dealings I had with Summit Leasing, specifically regarding the lease agreement.

When I initially engaged with your team, I was provided with clear and detailed information about the lease terms, including the agreed-upon price, mileage allowance, and other relevant details. To my surprise, when I went to finalise the paperwork and complete the finance process, I was informed that the lease price had increased significantly.

I was informed by your team that this was a result of a "miscommunication," but I find this explanation both unconvincing and unacceptable. The discrepancy between what was agreed upon and what was presented to me upon finalising the paperwork is not only unprofessional, but it also reflects poorly on the transparency and integrity of Summit Leasing.

I am extremely disappointed by this experience, as I had been looking forward to completing the deal based on the original terms.

I feel compelled to share my experience with others, as this was not in line with the level of service I expected.

Great service from start to finish, kept my informed and up to date throughout, I've used a number of different companies previously but Summit has been the best experience by far.

Simple and straight forward to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again in the future.

Grace from the sales team was amazing to deal with she answered all my questions and was very quick with responses. Cerian and Michelle were also great on the delivery team always updating me when I needed.

Smooth process

I have recently had a great experience with this leasing company. Initially I booked a Tiguan PHEV and got the best deal as compared to other leasing companies, however within 2 weeks my circumstances changed and I had to cancel the deal. They would have kept the admin fee by showing some work done however they understood my situation and arranged a complete refund within 2 working days, which means they showed their integrity. Also in future, if I plan to lease a car I would reach out to them first. Highly recommended - Thanks Grace and Ian for sorting this out for me.

Avoid at all costs!
Bought a van from these guys (41k van) and although the initial purchase went smoothly enough, I found myself chasing the V5 around 5 weeks after purchase.
I was told it was in the post and to sit tight. After speaking to dvla they informed me that Summitvans had signed the van over to someone else (not me) And they couldnt help me as a result if this.
Back to Summitvans I went only to be told that this was their mistake and they will sort it.
Months went by and nothing! I then contacted dvla again and managed to get some answers. 7 months later I received the V5 with an additional owner on the logbook! I wasn't happy with this so contacted Summitvans again after a chat with dvla and a lovely girl helped me in the office called Jess. She was lovely, unlike Ian who sold me the van who actually gave me attitude for calling!! Couldn't fault Jess but Ian and Paul I would stay away from!
I've since been informed by Paul (who works on sales) that his colleague Ian may have infact fraudulently obtained the finance on my behalf!! Gave them a chance to put this right and still been messed around! Very unfortunate as I thought I was buying into a relationship with them and would come back again for my next van. Very disappointing to say the least. I will also be leaving my review on their social media.

What a great company to deal with. From the initial quote through to getting the vehicle delivered everything was fantastic. Grace made the whole process so easy. She acted with the upmost professionalism throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend summit leasing. I love my new pick up.

This was my first leasing experience and I was in need of a pick up truck.
I did a lot of shopping around and summit came in best overall price.
Grace was very efficient at answering the questions, arranging the spec and additional extras and I received the vehicle around 8 days after initial ordering and it’s exactly what I expected.
Provided they are competitive when the time comes I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Brought a couple cars and grace has been outstanding
