Customer service is almost nonexistent but the prints are amazing!

I ordered transfers from this company. When I received my order, part of the spelling was missing, it was cut uneven like a child used scissor. I reached out to them the same day my order was received. A lady answered the phone and stated they would re-print the order. To this day I have not received my order and now no one is answering the phone and the voicemail is full. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Poor Business practice

Print is great. Shipping sleeve is usually crushed and bent - sometimes crinkling the transfers. They still work, but sometimes no longer lay flat. Depending on the style of heat press - that becomes a problem.

I've been ordering weekly from Sumo with no issues except delivery which is usually from UPS.
I ordered over a week ago a customized order $100 they screwed it up big time and sent me what they wanted me to have. Nothing was the size I ordered. Customer Service is TRASH. You can not ever reach anyone and they do not respond to emails. I'm very disappointed and I will NEVER buy from them again. I need a refund not a replacement bc I no longer need it now.
Point me to another company please.

Yep,,, customer service is fucken horrible... horrible...
they must know my cell number because they will not answer my calls.. i leave messages on their site, their email and especially on their business phone.. nope.. ghosted as stated by another user review.

My original order the transfers looked like crap I submitted photos they re-printed and resent. I finally get the new order. They look better but they don’t transfer. I reached out to sumo transfers and now they ghosted me. I will not be doing business with them anymore, I recommend you go elsewhere

Absolutely horrible service their website promises fast delivery. It’s over a week. I have not received it when I email the owner. He says it’s not his problem. He doesn’t care and I should contact UPS. I again went back to my Knight asked him if that’s really his way of treating customers and he said absolutely and I said I think that people shopping for his brand should know he said he did not care and his job is to take orders and he doesn’t care what happens after that so my advice is absolutely do not order from this company. I gave him many chances to make it right and he refused. He only cares about making money off of people not Actually doing his job or helping anyone who has an issue with his
