Always a five star experience with the guys at Sunbright! This was the second time we have instructed them, this time to do our decking to the garden room we had done last year. I requested Rick and James again who were just as wonderful as they were last year.

The garden room is now completed and I am over the moon with the finish. Super helpful in the office as well as on site. Huge thanks to Archie, Theresa, James and Rick for yet another wonderful build.

Wow! I really can’t praise this company enough. Having lived with an unusable conservatory for the last few years I took the plunge and contacted Sunbright. I spoke with the office who arranged a visit with their design consultant who explained my option's and provided me with a design and quote. We placed an order and a few weeks later the team arrived to replace our roof. From start to finish the office manages the installation and the fitting team were excellent. The job was completed within two weeks and I couldn’t believe what they achieved. We know have a usable room that is always being used by one of the family. Thank you so much Sunbright.

AVIOD THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. First check the terms of payment, because at 2/3rds of the build they want all their money. Why would one pay this when the build is not completed? We had many arguments with the M D about the final payment at such a time. The salesman sold us the job saying he would pop by the build to check if everything was going O K but we never saw him again. The salesman sited the garden room ( not a surveyor ) so it was positioned wrongly too close to the neighbours fence. This caused the building inspector to be involved at an extra cost of fees and the requirement of extra fire cladding amounting to £2398. I then find out they have built it 28cm higher than 2500cm allowed. This then involved architect drawings, planning advice and planning application. Also informing us our son could live in the Garden Room during this process, at a further cost of £2692. Sunbright did offer to help me with this but I had no trust with them at this stage so I got a professional company to help. Since then I have had 3 problems under the guarantee but only one has been resolved. They will not come back and look at the problems. They say that they will not do anything for me as I took out a section 75 under my credit card to try and get the extra expenses returned. The management are very good with words but not with deeds. Many sleepless nights were had trying to deal with this company. We did not receive excellent customer support.

Sunbright has done a fabulous job for my garden office. The people who worked on the project were all very polite, courteous and always ready to answer questions. Special mention to Tudor - he loves his job and treats it as a craft. He (and the rest of the team too) was always on time. The project completed on time due to his hard work. Also we should not forget Teresa. Without her back-end support this would not be possible on time.

From start to finish a very pleasant experience. There was no hard sell, there was however plenty of information to help make up your mind. They have transformed an old conservatory into what my wife now calls her garden room.
I would like to thank Martin the plasterer and Charlie the electrician for such a tidy and well done job. My biggest thanks go to Alex the builder fantastic attitude and workmanship.

I was looking for an additional room for our house due to the fact that I was about to have a baby and needed the extra space for my office. Initially we were unsure about whether to do an extension or a garden room. We had an initial meeting with Luke who was very knowledgeable and has given us the pros and cons of both. We then decided to go for a garden room and we are super thrilled with the result. The builders were well synchronised, taking into account our young family and to minimise disruption. Both the builders and the office staff listened to our queries and concerns along the way and everything was dealt with very quickly. The final result was flawless, we are super pleased.

We've recently had a new conservatory built by Sunbright and are absolutely thrilled with it. Steve the salesman was first class in advising us and designing the conservatory and was instrumental in getting it started early and completed in record time, for which we were truly grateful, as we needed it to use while our new kitchen was installed.
The whole construction team were excellent, starting with the foundation builders, followed immediately by each of the necessary tradesmen. They all worked so hard and extremely quickly.
We now have a beautiful, extremely well insulated conservatory with a solid roof that we can use all year round.
We also had all our windows & doors replaced at the same time, again an efficient and excellent experience.

We had Sunbright to do our 3x4m office with side utility room. Great service from start to finish and we are over the moon with the end result and the quality and standard of finish are first class. Archie did a great job with helping us to design the ideal layout to meet our needs and did an exceptional job seeing the process through and getting the work started at very short notice, to meet our restricted deadline. He was supportive and very helpful every step of the way. Tudor who worked non stop in the cold, wind and rain for 2 weeks was fantastic. Sunbright are very lucky to have someone like Tudor working for them. We would definitely recommend Sunbright Family Builders to anyone looking to have work done.

We would recommend the services of Sunbright Family Builders for the build of our garden room; our experience from start to finish did not disappoint.
Archie did an exceptional job of explaining all that was involved from the very first visit. And because Archie has also been part of the build team for the construction of garden rooms; he was able to answer all of our questions. This was very reassuring as Archie’s product knowledge was first class and his pleasant, warm character and approachable manner made him easy to talk to and work with. We were keen to view a garden room that had recently build to bring it to life, and Archie was happy to arrange this for us. Having viewed the garden room; we were surprised by the actual quality of the construction and workmanship; it definitely exceeded our expectations. The build was only 2 weeks from start to finish and the build team were all very hardworking and polite; taking pride in the quality and finish of the work. We were especially impressed by ‘Scott’ as he built the garden room from single handedly from start to finish! Teresa as the project lead ensured that we were always informed of the schedule and deliveries of materials and made adjustments as required to ensure that we were not inconvenienced in anyway.

Sunbright have just completed construction of our Garden room and we are absolutely delighted. All the various tradesmen were both professional and very tidy.
Plus excellent communication from their office.

The whole experience was brilliant. Sunbright's team were top quality in their various disciplines. The speed at which they worked was awesome, from building to plastering to electrics to plumbing (including installing a new radiator) and painting!!! All managed extremely well. As soon as one piece was finished the next team was ready to continue. All completed and ready to move back into within 3 weeks!! Very, very happy. We have a beautiful garden room!

Sunbright were great, they were very easy to talk to & helpful. They gave great advice & always tried to help you. I was very impressed, you won’t be disappointed. I had a Veranda installed & it looks amazing.

They were very efficient and helpful and the overall workmanship seems excellent. The builder was very polite and left the site in good condition.

Love the finished article. Was not set on a Flat Roof finish at first to be honest but was convinced it would look great and i cannot argue. Really pleased with the final look completed to a high standard. Tudor was our main builder (huge work ethic) and we had interaction with Teresa, Steve and Nick
all of whom made this a stress free event despite the weather not being on our side at times..
