We had some problems with assembling the Merits Dualer, but William was fantastic. He was very responsive. I went with this company over another because the service reviews were so much better. I was not disappointed.

When shopping for a mobility scooter, this company went above and beyond what I expected. I received pictures, descriptions, prices and much more of various models to choose from. The representative was always helpful and friendly, trying to find exactly what I wanted and needed. Even when I called the rep to explain why I wasn’t making a purchase at this time, he was understanding, wishing me well and a successful recovery. The company’s number is in my contacts so when I decide to make a purchase, they will be the first one I call.

Icannot say enough good things about the personal service I received from Suncoast Mobility. My experience started with a bit of a hurdle: I had originally placed an order through a different company for a specific scooter, only to find out the color I wanted wasn't available.
That is when William, the President of Suncoast Mobility, stepped in personally. He didn't just treat me like another order number; he reached out to help me navigate the cancellation of that initial order so I wouldn't be tied up financially while waiting for the right product.
As soon as the red scooter became available, William handled the new order himself. Throughout the entire process, he was:
