Outstanding Customer Service

I am giving Sun Coast Sciences a 5 star rating based on their excellent customer service. I ordered the shampoo that promotes hair growth. I just received my order so can’t rate the success. However I really like the way my hair feels so soft and dries without being fuzzy-a big problem for me. When my order arrived there was some leaking from a lid being open and a cap not closed tight enough. I contacted Sun Coast Sciences only to suggest that orders are checked before the box is closed. I received a response in less than 30 minutes apologizing for this issue and offering to send 2 more bottles of shampoo. I told them I did not expect more shampoo just wanted to make a suggestion. Again I promptly received a reply saying that I would receive 2 bottles and asking to verify my address. I was surprised to receive such a quick response. All emails were friendly and showed concern for the issue. It is unusual to find a company that is so responsive and friendly. I would recommend Sun Coast Sciences based on their customer service and expect to have good results with their product.

This serum has worked well for me

This serum has worked well for me. My skin feels softer, smoother, and I have noticed my wrinkles looking less visible. I also tried it on my hands and the dark spots have started to fade. Really pleased with the results.

Never received my order for skincare…

Never received my order for skincare serum. The company has stated to me that the order was received and they do not offer insurance for products not received, which I had to educate them on the buyer does not have to buy insurance for their sale, the seller does. I have not received my order and they will not determine why I have not received my order. I will be filing with BBC and my CC company. Just note, if you do not receive your order, you are responsible, not them.

Read the fine print on this one

I just ordered from sun coast sciences, do I cannot comment as to whether it works or not. I am writing this as a warning about their buy one get one free offers. Be very careful when ordering. I went through the site and what I found was some fancy wording that sounds great until you drove a little deeper. I even called their customer service number and after 15 minutes, the rep finally admitted that the sale has no "free" bottle. I checked thoroughly and you pay the same price for the free bottle as you do for the "buy one' bottle. So if you buy one get one free you will pay $43.00 for each bottle fr a total of $86.00.
That is not one free, so read all the fine print
The product may be good but if they are willing to take a chance that as a consumer we are two stupid to add 43. + 43, what else will they try to slide in on us under the guise of buy one get one free? Be careful. I for one am not as dumb as they thought. This just happened to me 15 minutes ago. It is March 16, 2026. This is a true and honest account of my experience with them

I placed two orders by mistake tonight

I placed two orders by mistake tonight. I’ve been on hold with customer service two separate times one for 30 minutes and one for 20 minutes. The online website is horrible. My credit card has been charged and I will get a complete and full refund. This is ridiculous if this is how their customer services I am glad I am canceling this order and that it was ordered by mistake.

This has been an extremely frustrating…

This has been an extremely frustrating and concerning experience.

My order was never delivered to me. Instead, it was incorrectly handled and returned to the sender, yet I was still fully charged.

What makes the situation worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have reached out multiple times via email and chat, and have received absolutely no response. Being ignored while my money is taken and my order is not delivered is unacceptable.

From a customer’s perspective, this feels very close to deceptive practice — taking payment without providing the product and offering zero communication or resolution.

I initially had a positive impression of this brand, but this experience has completely changed that. I cannot recommend this company based on how they handle issues when something goes wrong.

I strongly urge others to be cautious before placing an order here.

Sun Coast Deception

I recently ordered a bottle of the Total Package Serum and as is typical of online sales, received an offer immediately to purchase another set of bottles. The “buy one get two” offer however was priced fully for two bottles. I put the offer in the cart expecting the price to be corrected in the cart but instead the software sent the cart contents to my charge card without my executing the purchase. Very deceptive! Be very wary of Sun Coast!

I have only used 1week

I have only used 1week. And I have not let go off the products I have used for 20yrs. I am a little apprehensive as to letting go of my old regiment. Truly good customer svc.

They have really good customer svc.. I had called them right after I made the online order... And to shorten a long story , they didn't leave me hanging. I got a response about this particular situation, thru email & text.. without delay. And customer svc was really friendly , Ryan was so helpful . They didn't act like robots nor sounding like they were just reading a script lol

Horrible Experience - No Refund

I was intrigued by the product and decided to give it a try, adding one bottle to my cart and filling in my info. This was Feb. 20th. Before I could complete the order, however, I had to watch video after video, trying to get me to purchase more bottles and subscribe. After 20+ minutes of just trying to get through to complete the order for one bottle, I decided it wasn't worth my time and closed out. I never completed the order. Three days later, money was taken from my account. I emailed right away and was told the product had already shipped and I'd have to wait to receive it, then return it, before a refund could be processed. I did that (imagine that, the day of shipment was the same day I emailed) and per tracking they have received the product back, but still no refund. I tried emailing again and now my emails are "undeliverable", allegedly in violation of their spam policy. I can't get through to a person by phone and their online chat is useless (no actual person). I believe I'm being blocked intentionally as there is nothing offensive in my emails (other than the truth of disappointment and wanting a refund), and I'm using the same email address that went through two times previous. What a scam! I wish I just went on Amazon to try it as you can get it for the same price. I will tell everyone to avoid this company.

It appears that when you contacted us on February 23rd, our virtual assistant directed you to this portal as a first step, with the option of speaking to a live agent if you require further assistance.

If a customer prefers to speak with a real person, our Customer Happiness team is available 24/7 by email, text, and chat, and daily by phone. We are always happy to help! As we did not hear back from you, the conversation was automatically closed by our virtual assistant.

We care deeply about having a return process that’s clear and easy to navigate. Our return policy is straightforward and applied consistently: customers are always eligible for a full refund on every bottle they return, and our team is here to support that process every step of the way.

When customers provide return tracking (proof of return shipment), their refund is processed right away. If return tracking isn’t provided, the refund is processed once the warehouse receives and logs the return, which can take anywhere from a few days to weeks, depending on staffing and volume. For reference, these details are outlined in the return instructions available inside the customer account when setting up a return. Unfortunately, as you were having difficulty contacting us, we were not aware of your return, which is what caused a delay in the processing of your refund.

We recently tried to contact you by phone, but we were unable to connect with you. We have left you a voicemail and an email to ensure that you have all the information you need. We were able to track your return right away, and a full refund has been issued for you. The details of your refund have been emailed to you.

The product sounded amazing so I…

The product sounded amazing so I decided to give it a try. The only reason I actually tried it was because I could return it if I wasn't satisfied with the results. So I gave the product a try and I didn't see results so I decided to reach out to their customer service through email. Whoever contacted me was apologetic but didn't get me any recourse to send the item back. I reached out via email again and they instructed me to call a 1-800 number. I called to try and send the product back but the rep kept disconnecting the call. I did this 3 times! All 3 times the line disconnected. You can't tell me this is legit.
